He sent a text saying "I am not available" Later that same Monday after him not returning my call... I called again. He answered. He appeared under the influence of something. I did not drug test him, but I'd guess alcohol. He was SO RUDE to me, yelled at me. He claimed to not know who I was, or what I was talking about, at all. He was nonsensical when he said: "I can't service you today"... I never mentioned him servicing me that day. The message I left was about the upcoming Thursday service call he accepted from GE. He asked me something repeatedly. I said "it's all in the message I left". He became enraged by my response and hung up on me. click. Like so many reviews on here mention. You cannot run a business hanging up on people, because you are enraged within yourself. Then 2 days later on Wed. I texted back to see if he was coming on Thursday. His "scheduler" responded later that day and said He had know idea who I was (see below) or what I appointment was talking about. Then Thursday morning the day of the scheduled service (Thursday, see below) they cancelled the service completely with GE. This caused a 10-day delay in my issue getting serviced. The owner of this business also lies to cover his apparent alcohol problems. See attached photos. After reading thru the other 1-star reviews that span years of this same abusive behavior being reported on here; I cannot believe GE would still use him!
