We stayed at the Peshtigo outpost, but did activities at both Peshtigo and Menominee outpost. At the Peshtigo outpost, there are camping facilities for any level of camper. Tenting to cabin with bathroom and kitchen. Let me start with the booking... they were so fantastic at setting up a great itinerary for us for our short stay! The zipline was awesome, and the views were beautiful! We did the rafting at Peshtigo in single person rafts and it could not have been more fun and picturesque! The alpine tower was tricky for me, but not for the rest of my group, they soared through it! EVERY SINGLE guide we had was so friendly and so kind! We can't wait to come back and stay longer! He had us in stitches the entire shift - he had the perfect balance of jokes while still maintaining a professional and serious concern when it came to safety. Honestly, I could not say enough about Michael, he absolutely made the trip for our entire group. We are already planning to go back in the spring time and hit both the rivers! On our trip we just did the Menominee river. They take you around some smaller rapids to begin with, and once you get to the section of the river with bigger rapids, you get to go down twice. Our group has been coming here for over 10 years and this year has hit rock bottom. The staff hasn't been trained properly in their jobs. The owner / manager is arrogant. One of our party asked about more busses when the line was backed up almost to the river and she just said don't come back then. Bar / restaurant service was extremely slow and untrained. Staff was rude when we put our garbage out by road for pick up Sunday morning as we did the past 3 days and 9 years before but then were told its a $100 charge site cleaning fee. Campers needs to put garbage in dumpsters. Exact words "Its in the rules, you should read them"!! Bus drivers were nice as always and river was great, that's all!! Were done here and moving to another area.

We were the only party to arrive and they made us feel SOOO comfortable zip lining. There were only two in my party, but staff still made it possible for us to do the flying squirrel. WHICH WAS AMAZING! We are just tourists in Door County but they had such great recommendations! I was slightly nervous as this was my first time in YEARS but they made me feel COMPLETELY comfortable. Thank you ALL for such an amazing second experience. I cannot wait to come back soon! The staff also held our belongings for us so we didn't have to take them on the zip. When I was feeling nervous and shaken the staff made me feel safe and well secured at all. Amazing time guys! ZIP ON!
