I was told by my local chain garage that I needed a new catalytic converter and was quoted $1,800. I searched the internet and found Henry's with some great reviews. They quoted me $268. I was in disbelief at the difference in prices and I booked an appointment for later in the week. We arrived 20 min early and they took the car in right away. The guys were really nice and most helpful. 40 minutes later we were out the door for exactly what they had quoted, $268. The other other garage had wanted to replace the oxygen sensors as well, but Henry's said there was no error code for that so they were not needed. They also diagnosed the problem for free. The other garage charged me $100. If need any exhaust work done Henry's is the place to go. Great service, great prices and great staff! read more

Drove up because my rear resonator came loose and my car sounded like a semi. Lady behind the counter was courteous and told me I needed an appointment. They were about fifteen minutes behind schedule when I showed up, but got me in quickly when the lift was open, showed me what was wrong, told me exactly what they were going to do to fix it, asked me to authorize it after giving me the cost, and then did it in less time than they said it would take. I have a 15 year old Mercedes which had a rattling sound underneath, diagnosed by my local "inspection" station as a separated catalytic converter which would require a costly replacement. I had a P-420 check engine light come on which meant I needed to replace my catalytic converter. Other auto shops quoted me $1800 to $2000 for an original factory part replacement (parts only no labor). Henry's here quoted a $206 for a generic part replacement (for both parts and labor). I was a bit skeptical about the price difference but after the install my car is running better than ever. They offer a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first). The shop has a very small waiting area, TV, and that's it. I was in and out for the catalytic converter replacement in about 45 min. I didn't have any issues with customer service. The lady behind the counter was friendly enough and got everything squared away for me as expected. Car is running good so far. I'll update if there are any issues. Otherwise, I would definitely return in the future. read more

I have been to Henry's twice. I had a catalytic converter go bad. The diagnosed it for free. Order and then installed part in about 4 days. Great job and reasonable price. I starting hearing a similar sound from my engine area. I thought the job need to be reworked. It was actually a separate issue with a piece of the muffler assembly breaking. The tech said it was a five minute fix with no charge. This shop is earning my loyalty for any future muffler or related service needs. Just had some work done there today to get a new cat put on my VW. A euro specialist quoted me $1300 and I just did the same repair at Henry's for under $250 with a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. My car felt great as soon as it hit the ground and is driving like new again. The waiting area wasn't much, just a couple chairs and a TV, no wi-fi or anything like that, but hey, I was in and out in about 45 minutes, so who cares about the comforts when the service is that quick. In addition to my visit today, I called on three different occasions, and felt everyone was friendly and helpful. My first call was answered by a lady, and I didn't find her to be rude in the slightest. Maybe they were just super busy on the day the other reviewer went... hey, it happens. We will see if I have any issues over the next couple thousand miles, but these guys do this service probably 20 times a day, so I'm not expecting any problems. Stopped by today for a quick simple estimate. The rude lady behind the counter told me there was no way they could give me a quick estimate today. Said they had to put it up on the lift to give me estimate, even after I explained to her TWICE that all you had to do was peak under the back of my car to see what I was asking to have done which THREE other shops didn't mind doing.
