Breakfast at Henry's in Pooler! Wow! Clean, great service and the food was delicious. The eggs were light and fluffy, catfish was fried crispy! Delicious

The food was absolutely delicious. Our server Chloe, pictured below was so sweet and hustled for us the whole time. Not one mistake on any of our orders and she wore a gorgeous smile every time she came to the table. The ambience of the place is really cool. We just happened to be here on St. Patrick's Day and all the walls are green so that was kind of funny. All the people that come here are very friendly and you can hear the laughter and feel the warmth of family and love all around you. We will definitely be coming here again and again.

    Delicious menu.

Today I decided to visit a restaurant in Pooler GA that I have driven by many times. Henry's is a small family owned breakfast and lunch restaurant located just off Pooler Parkway. The food was very good and served up quickly, the breakfast buffet is only on the weekends I truly plan to visit back on the weekend for the buffet. If you're in Pooler and looking for good food and an affordable price then Henry's is the spot.

Went to Henry's with friends who recently moved to Pooler and was pleasantly surprised to be able to walk in and get a great seat. Decor is typical breakfast diner style, nothing fancy. We ordered off of the menu vs the buffet. Service was exceptional attentive and friendly. Food came quickly, tasted very good, and we were not pushed out to leave again. We will definitely be back!

Found this place while visiting friends in Savannah. Decided that with a name like Henry's it would be great We were not disappointed. Very busy, but we got our breakfast very quick. I had the Old Fashioned Breakfast, one egg and meat (only $5.50) includes toast and grits. My husband got Henry's Combo with hasbrowns (extra crispy) and they were the best hash browns I have had in a restaurant. They were crispy and not recooked, fresh. Clean restrooms. Friendly staff and hard working, so nice to see good workers If we lived closer we would come here more often.

Great food, and customer service but a**hole parking by inconsiderate guest. Especially for such a small area.

Decided to come here for breakfast since it's one of the only places open super early, 6:30am in Pooler. I got the chicken omelet with raisin bread- it was good. My friend got the French toast and liked it as well. It's your regular breakfast place and nothing we tried was extra ordinary. The service was good and fast. We only went there because we wanted a place to sit and talk. It's a good place to check out if you want something that you can cook at home but are not in a mood to do so!

Our food came out timely and was hot. Everything was prepared well and tasted great. Plenty of food on each plate. The children's menu is the best I've seen. Kids got chocolate chip pancakes, potatoes, eggs and bacon. That's a lot of food and they all cleaned their plates. I had the shrimps and grits. It was a large portion and full of flavor. Grits were cream and cheesy, cooked perfectly. Shrimps and gravy were seasoned well. We all truly enjoyed our breakfast.

The food came, I ordered biscuits & gravy with a side of sausage. When served, they had forgotten the sausage so I reminded the waitress. She said "Ok" and left. She returned about 5 minutes later and asked if I wanted links of patties. I replied "patties". Another 5 minutes and the patties appeared. Since I had already completed my meal I told her to disregard the sausage. I ultimately only got offered coffee refill one time. The food was mediocre at best. This was disappointing as I had been looking forward to eating at Metro. I will give them one more shot before I put them in the "DO NOT RETURN" list. The place needs some work...

The staff that greeted us was very nice and accommodating with our reservation and the time moved quickly to get us seated. The place and the kitchen were extra busy to be expected...The problem I have was with the service... if you have read any of my reviews it has to be rough ..because I am service team defender #1. She made several apologies ...understood... BUT... and this is my problem especially if you have worked on tips and it's not a normal service day... even if the kitchen is backed up - at least keep the contact with your table, water glass and coffee cup filled.. and before we start to defend the service she had 3 tables at the most and we had to ask several times IF we even saw her on the floor... for coffee or water. At times she would just walk by and not even make an attempt to check. Look I get it and I'm not here to bash but when you are spending $$ the wait is easier if you have a full drink and some interaction with the staff. (I don't need to be baby sat) Here's what hurts... we have frequented ABE for over 10 years starting in PCB. After an hour of sitting, the food finally rolled out. The beignets were doughy on the inside. The crab cake Benedict was soggy... the potato's were lukewarm, the grits were good not going to beat everything up and when we could get coffee it was great... I watched her other tables (because I had Plenty of time while staying engaged with my people) and it was obvious they were having the same experience. OK the bail out... will we go back "yes" probably not on a holiday... LOL. It could have been a bad day for her... it could be she's new.. based on their standards... overall for me it was disappointing and not the best experience... what's redeeming is when the mother of your children is gracious and forgiving...

I arrived at Biggby just before 6am and settled in for a solid two hours, staying warm, enjoying my coffee, and catching up on writing Yelp reviews. It was the kind of slow, steady start that makes the rest of the day feel more manageable. The baristas were a lively bunch, moving with that early‑morning energy that keeps a place humming. They did a great job keeping the coffee flowing as customers cycled through. The drive‑through never seemed to pause for more than a moment, and every so often a few people wandered inside to warm up and grab their drinks. All in all, it was a very pleasant morning, the sort of stop that makes an early start worthwhile. I will happily return to Biggby for their consistently great coffee. But we did not let that deter us and we went in and used the electronic device to get us on a waiting list. We were told 15 minutes, but we waited no more than 10. I am going to take into consideration the massive crowd, and say that our food and drink came in very reasonable time considering. We were not in a hurry, and kind of enjoy the bustle and the people. Our waitress was exceedingly friendly, very helpful and very accommodating. My friend and I each got a fancy Sunday brunch cocktail. Mine was strawberry, and it was delicious. She loved hers as well, she got the grapefruit one. They were lovely to look at and delicious and refreshing. A very fun way to start our Sunday morning. We both ordered the California club sandwich and I asked for gluten-free bread. The sandwich was delicious and the gluten-free bread was good. If you know about gluten-free bread and the heartache of searching for a decent slice, then you'll appreciate this bread on your sandwich. I got french fries which seems I have to order every single time even as I contemplate the healthier side choices. They were great, hot, fresh, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. My friend got a side salad which she was happy with, obviously far more willpower than I have. She was not happy with the dressing she had chosen and the waitress happily brought her a different one. While we were there, I noticed everybody was working so hard and the customers all around us seem to be very much enjoying themselves. I don't know if this should really be relevant in my review but there was a group of four people who were sat down in a table nearby who upon being seated asked the waitress immediately if they could get their food quickly and she told them that it probably would not be as fast as they would like it. At which point they got up and left. The waitress seemed to feel bad about that, but when the manager came over to investigate, he simply took it in stride and then started to clean the table off for the next group. My friend and I had to wonder who would come into such a bustling and packed restaurant and think that they were going to get served especially fast. Another thing about we noticed about the manager is that he seemed very much hands-on and all over the place in the restaurant. He was very friendly when we looked at the check-in device and wondered what we were doing ~ he made jokes that made us feel less Luddite like. He bussed tables and sat people, and checked on things, and generally looked like the kind of manager of that Gordon Ramsay would appreciate. The menu has something for everybody! And some very exciting options that we have to go back and experience. Lots of add-ons for everything, a huge variety of choices. My sister-in-law had recommended the avocado toast, and I was tempted. I was also tempted by the biscuit and gravy and the eggs Benedict, which are hard for me to resist at brunch. but I reasonably only ordered one meal for me. It's been a long review, but I have to say the meal really was that good and the whole experience was very enjoyable. Not only will I be going back but, I will be recommending it, wholeheartedly, to everybody. Thanks for a great meal!
