The assistant was kind and professional, but the dentist was not particularly friendly. My partial was sent back and forth to the lab multiple times, yet the person making the adjustments didn't see how it fit in my mouth until the end, which made the process feel ineffective. As the appointment went on, I felt increasingly rushed, and the focus seemed to shift toward replacing the partial rather than fixing it. I ultimately settled for a fit that was still unsatisfactory because I didn't feel comfortable asking for further adjustments. Cleanliness was also a concern. After disinfecting my partial, the assistant repeatedly handled it with bare hands before giving it back to me to place in my mouth, which felt unsanitary. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. While the assistant was pleasant, the dentist's demeanor, the rushed experience, and the handling of my dental appliance mean I won't be returning. My rating: 2 out of 5 and that is being generous.

What's the point of sitting down with their treatment plan review person if that person can't even lookup what's covered before sending me a massive (no discounts either) bill. I suspect this is done in hopes of you being forced into their payment plans. Aspen is the waffle house of dentistry.
