I also appreciated the effort he took to make sure he was not doing any unnecessary treatment - because it had been more than a month since our last appt, he decided to retake the xray. Turns out it was a good idea because the adult tooth had moved much closer to this baby tooth and it would fall off in a near future - so no need to touch this cavity for now. My son said he barely felt the needle and had a 'fine' experience. I find Dr Jaeckle and his staff knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with! Thank you!

Today, I was motivated to write this review because of the service I received from the best dental hygienist I have ever had. Kayla gave so much attention to my teeth that I don't ever want to see anyone else. I was a late appointment at the end of the day and even after a long day of work, she was very thorough. I've had some hygienist that just go thru the motions, but Kayla really took time to polish, work out stains and paint fluoride on my teeth. She was meticulous. I could tell that she genuinely cared and that she put the effort in to do the best job she could possibly do. Thanks Kayla!

Just as everyone of these reviews below, I had issues with the billing and what my portion was as well. Plain and simple, they TRIED overcharging and/or saying our portion to pay was higher than what we knew it to be. Went round and round with Amanda (office manager)but I think we finally have it all straighten out. Amanda btw, is very approachable and though I know I annoyed her to no end a time or two, she was always cool, calm, and collective. Never once raised her voice and ultimately we got the issue ironed out. Just be SUPER careful when dealing with the bill because mistakes will be written off as "accidents". Look it over, once or 10 times, just to be sure. Now on to the dentist himself. AWESOME guy. Takes his time and makes sure you know what you are getting into. Explains it all in detail.Nice guy and simply does a good job. Overall this is a good dentist. They just have a long way to go when it comes to figuring out that they can not keep on trying to overcharge people. if the office's customer service would catch up with the awesomeness of the dentists here, they would stay busy. I am writing to share my concern about my recent appointment experience…read more I contacted your office because I needed help scheduling my dental exam and cleaning due to my limited time before travel. Instead of feeling helped or understood, I felt that I was treated in a rude and dismissive way, as if I did not understand what was being explained to me. Later, my appointment was canceled without receiving confirmation from me first. I understand that emergencies can happen, but I was not able to check my phone or email during the day. When I arrived at the office, I was again met with an unhelpful and rude attitude. Because of this situation, I lost valuable time and was left without enough time to schedule my cleaning somewhere else before my travel. This was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I believe no customer or patient should be made to feel this way. I hope this situation will be reviewed and that communication and customer service can be improved.

Dr. Rux is amazing and has genuine care for his patients. My 11 year old daughter has a very…read morecomplicated tooth issue and we were told by another dentist she had to have a $1,500 crown (this will be her 4th crown). Our pediatric dentist referred me to Dr. Rux for a second opinion. I called in as a new patient and Dr. Rux personally took over my call and got us in same day- at 4pm. He spent 45 minutes reviewing my daughter's medical history and x-rays and referred us to an expert endodontist, as Dr. Rux determined the pain was most likely not from her crown. He wanted to make sure we were not wasting our time going through an unnecessary painful process. Dr. Rux also proposed a much less expensive option in the rare case that the crown is the problem and she needs a new one. He is extremely resourceful and put his clients well being first. We will definitely be using Dr. Rux in the future!
