I was impressed with the gentle way that Kate took my acryllic nails off, and how she was confident even when I told her that I wasn't good with pain and was feeling nervous about how it would go. She knew what she was doing, and took time to tell me that I could relax and she wasn't going to hurt me. The only other time I've chosen to do fake nails was at my wedding. They also give their VIP's a gift during the holidays. It was such a sweet surprise to know I was considered a VIP. The staff were very friendly and had me seated within minutes of walking in, even though I didn't have an appointment. My toes and feet were in need of some serious repair. I was able to make an appointment on Sunday 9/4 which was quick and easy. This was my first time so I didn't know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and were able to help me check-in. The foot soak was very relaxing as was the massage chair. The salon started good and I liked few of the staff that I would request but always told they no longer work there. High turnover in staff and quality of service is getting lower. I'm really disappointed because the location is so convenient for my house. After my last visit 10 days ago, I was not happy with the work at all. I could not communicate with the lady to cut my toe nails more and clean the cuticles but she did not. My nails stayed sharp and I could not wear my shoes. read more

I've been to Her Nails and Spa twice and I've had great experiences both times! It wasn't super expensive, both me and my dad were greeted immediately upon walking in, and the employees were very polite. I got a gel manicure both times and my nail tech was super meticulous and i'm really happy with how my nails turned out! My dad also got a manicure and they took their time with his as well. My husband and I came here after a much needed pedi. The location is great, plenty of parking, and they do walk ins. We did not wait at all to be seated and begin our mani pedi. My husband got the organic pedicure, with Nina! First of let me say this was the perfect pedicure for someone who plays sports and has rough feet. Nina did fantastic with my husbands pedicure. She was able to get all the build up dead skin. My husband was super happy with the results. I got both mani and pedi with Kimmy!! She was amazing and very caring. She checked in if the water temperature was okay, and made sure the message was amazing. Kimmy was super friendly as well and recommended great tips for both my mani and pedi. She did such a great job with my nail shape, getting every single cuticle, and applying the nail polish! Overall we were very happy with Nina and Kimmy and the prices. Update 2022-05-16: I'm sorry that I had to change by rating from 5 stars to 1. After I had the good experience with Annie, I thought I would try one of their other services and made an appointment for a facial. When I showed up to my appointment that Saturday I was told that the facial specialist had to cancel. Okay, so things happen! No problem. So I rescheduled for a Thursday. Then they called to cancel that appointment because they said she isn't even available on Thursdays so I rescheduled again (!!!) for 10 am on the next Saturday. Then on the Saturday of the appointment they sent me a text message at 6 am (!!!) in the morning confirming my appointment for "9:15 am." I texted back to say that I "gave up" and canceled. I also called and left a voice message. Around 9 I got a call from the salon. I thought they were calling to apologize for running me around for three weeks now, but no! They were calling to say the facial specialist wasn't going to show up again! Unbelievable! So of course, I told them that I already had canceled and I won't be going back. Too bad!! But I'm too busy to be jerked around week after week! It was supposed to be fun and relaxing and instead it was a stressful nightmare! Shame on them! Love this new salon! Beautiful and clean. Never go to this salon. My daughter has had her nails done many times and she tried this salon because her friend asked her to. My husband took them for a 6 pm appointment for two girls and did not get started until 7:15 pm. They charged $75 for acrylic tips and gel polish, which is highway robbery, and did not get done until after 8:30 pm. My daughter did not get the shape of her nails done the way she asked and her friends nails were done horribly. Why go to a place like this when there are so many salons that give better customer service and actually do a good job. I would give a zero for this review if I could. read more
