You see, I got married at the Planet Hollywood wedding chapel and was obligated to use a huge photographic enterprise provided by the hotel for all professional photography purposes within the chapel. So, Nicole joined us once we departed the chapel, took us to the Las Vegas sign, and stayed with us for dinner. Firstly, Nicole's attention to details is quite notable. When she joined us and started taking photos of us, I knew immediately that her photos would be better. She took more care to make sure that people were standing properly, jackets were buttoned, and that purses were not in the picture. It made a huge difference in terms of how the pictures came out. Her pictures came out more balanced and had an artistic aesthetic to them which is originally why I hired her. She is great at capturing those "Kodak" moments - when people are engaged in activity that would make for a great picture. The only issue was that the sun affected some of our photos. We did get married around sun down and tried to get some good photos in front of the Bellagio fountains around 4:45PM. I could tell that she was trying her best to work with the given space, light, and crowds of people. Overall, Nicole did a great job and even photo shopped many of my photos for me. I still can't believe that the Planet Hollywood huge photographic enterprise does not photo shop any of their pictures unless it's requested and mostly paid for (in addition to the wedding package) by the customers. So, if you end up getting married at one of the chapels with a similar rule, then make sure to hire a second photographer and definitely consider Nicole. She arrived on time and was very accommodating, even putting up with my moody husband who didn't want to have any more pictures taken toward the end...

Not because of my body, as I've taken literally hundreds of lingerie selfies that I adore, but because almost every picture was straight on or pointing up...all angles that would like fine on a smaller person. I was so excited thinking I would look as good as my selfies, just with a better camera and lightening. My pictures turned out void of any shape, my face lacked depth, I couldn't even see that I had a waist in most of them, it was just nothing like her gallery and posted works. It's also not just me as I showed the pictures to two of my friends (who've seen my sexy selfies before) and they questioned if they were taken by a professional. When I let Connie know that I wasn't happy with them, her response was first questioning my body image saying if she felt I had issues she would have taken different shots. I would like to point out having an awesome body image and loving yourself is NOT the same as "no bad angles exist and shoot me from whatever angle is there." Second, offering a reshoot. I declined the reshoot as I had spent hundreds of dollars prior to the inital shoot on hair, make up, nails, etc, and I was so let down by the experience I literally couldn't handle looking at pictures that bad again. So in summation, she's great...if you're a straight size. If you're plus size, look for someone who's gallery actually shows plus size women in the poses you want to make sure your photographer knows how to work with different sized bodies.

From the very beginning, Dennis was courteous and professional. He always answered my emails in a very timely fashion. He was polite and friendly. We met in person for the first time a few days before the wedding, at the location of the ceremony and reception. We chatted about the day, the order of events, and the first look. He walked us through a couple of poses so that he could have an idea of what he wanted to do the day of. The day of the wedding, Dennis arrived at the hotel early, (I'm big on punctuality, and this was super impressive.)
