Thankfully I found a shop who could store my vehicle... all I had to do was find a tow. My insurance failed me, and even booked with a 3rd party tow company who I paid just to wait almost 1 1/2hr with no show. Cupertino was the chosen tow company who the 3rd party hired but decided to never send my payment to them (I will be leaving a review for them shortly on how disappointed I was) I only had a few hours to make it to the shop before they closed... it was an urgent matter! Thankfully, I just asked Cupertino if I can just pay them directly... they said yes with no hesitation and with a 20 min wait time... Oscar shows up with our tow! Oscar's customer service was hands down a gentleman and he knew his stuff! He was able to get us to our final destination and was so positive minded that I felt hey, we're taken care of now and can finally breathe. I've never felt my anxiety spike so badly with failure after failure. Their prices are reasonable and it's totally worth their amazing service. Comms included a few texts for ETAs, followed by one call to the driver and finally a URL to live location tracking of the tow truck.
