The guy called the day of, Tuesday, asking if he could come tomorrow, which I agreed to. The next day he did not show up all day until I had left the house for 15 minutes. I could see him on my camera and asked if he could wait 10 minutes since I would be right back. He said no, it was already after 5pm and he would come Saturday. I emailed the company with the email address on their page, as soon as it was clear he wasn't going to show up. Never heard from him again. Today is Monday and I had to call Electrolux and get them to send me another tech from another company. This is not the way to do business. I would rate them a ZERO if I could.

Didn't even tell me what was wrong with the oven, just that it was Labor Day, all stores are closed, etc. and he'll call me by noon on Tuesday and if not, call the office. No phone call from tech, so I called the office at 3pm, told lady who answered the phone the situation, and she said she will tell tech to call me later today. Seven days later, still no call from anyone, no idea why my oven is broken but still took my payment. Would not recommend.
