Avoid at all costs. Definitely do not recommend. Price for 90 minutes was $90, plus $10 for hot stones. However, they insist you pay first, including a tip, and the tip is a minimum $20 and tipping is mandatory-before you even get the massage. That's not what a tip is. What kind of service are you tipping on before you even get a massage? My 90 minute massage started 5 minutes late and ended 15 minutes early as well. Have you ever returned from a long summer hike and felt like the beer in your hands is the best you've ever tasted? Or relished in the shower after camping for a week? I sort of feel that way about this massage. It has been a very long time since I have had a massage--maybe a year? Since then I have been running half marathons and started a job as a group fitness coach (LOTS of squats and planks!). I have been using the foam roller and stretching, but THIS massage was exactly what I needed. She had specific pressure points and went perfectly deep. Her elbows and forearms were kneading my IT band and glutes like a baker works dough for a huge loaf of sourdough bread. I could feel her working with my body's blood flow to get deeper into the muscles and joints. She worked on my skull and neck, down into the shoulders. Oh my god. Don't let the appearance fool you. It was a late Sunday afternoon and my girl and I just had a full day hosting a open house in Felida- 5500 sq. feet and close to 50 people definitley was draining and both of us were exhausted from standing all day. It was about 7:30 PM and I went on Yelp and found this place open- I called to see if we can get a couples massage and they said YES come in. We arrived and paid for our 60 minute session upon entry and escorted to a two bed- room. Temperature was a little chilly but we knew it would warm up quick. My masseuse jumped right in and was able to go directly to my sore spots- it was as if she was magic. She dug into the knots harder than what a 300 lb. trucker named Bubba could ever think about doing. It was incredible that she honed in exactly on my sore spots and worked each and every knot out with a vengance. I will admit I may have squeeled a few times and made her giggle each time. (She did ask if I was OK) We have read how they pressure you a little after your massage for a tip and we tipped eacg $10.00 on a $60 service and they seemed happy about it- plus they earned it! Expensive but good deep tissue massage. Told me when I was leaving they have a "tip charge"... She said the minimum was $20.00. lol...I told her I decided what tip I will leave and gave her 10.00 but I will never go back. A tip is something you earn not insist on. Rediculous!! read more

Very relaxing. Prompt response to my Yelp request for an appointment; I got a same day appointment for a couple's massage. 5 stars for the fact that my massage therapist actually can do deep tissue. My back and shoulders are awful and most therapists do not push hard enough. 90 minutes of working out kinks and I feel much better. My husband can't do deep tissue and his therapist was gentle. They are renovating so the lobby is under construction, but don't let it fool you, they know what they are doing! I'll be back for the Thai massage next time. read more

Let me start by clarifying that I have experienced many, many massages in my lifetime. I'm also discerning about cleanliness and organization. Great all-around experience. Yesterday I had a traditional 1 hour massage with Cherry. She checked in with me a few times to ensure the pressure was working for me. IT WAS! I like deep tissue massages to release the muscle knots. That's exactly what I received. Before leaving I already scheduled another massage with her. I'm trying the Thai version. I took my mom here on mother's day and she thought the massage was decent, my mom was going to give the lady a tip but the lady refused to take it because it was too low and kept arguing with my mom that she wanted a bigger tip. I hate giving bad reviews!!! Dont go here! I want to give all businesses the benefit of the doubt especially massage therapy. I am a highly skilled and accredited massage therapist myself as well as business owner. I checked into my session right on time and I was happy to pay before so I wouldn't have to deal with money when I'm groggy. I entered my session on time and the therapist didn't start until 10min after I entered the room. She finished on the hour but only gave me a 50min session when I payed for 60. THEN... I when I asked for change to give a mediocre tip since my session was cut short... decent yet cut short, she held onto my 20 dollar bill and said that 20.00 is mandatory. Holy sh#$! SERIOUS!?!?! They responded quickly to our questions and scheduling an appointment was easy and painless. The actual massage was very nice, the ladies were nice and asked several times if the pressure was ok. Purchased a Groupon for a Massage with Thai Herbal Ball Treatment. My very first time getting a massage, I wasn't sure what to expect. I went in with massive neck pain that I've been fighting for the past week, could barely move my neck without sharp pain, and piercing headache. They didn't speak very good English, but I tried to explain I was mostly concerned about the neck area. It wasn't a terrible massage, some points were painful, yet tolerable. Fast forward to the end when I realize we are done and I'm wondering the whole time about this mysterious Thai Herbal Ball Treatment which is supposed to be very beneficial and included in my package. She leaves the room so I can get dressed. As I get up to get dressed, I notice I still have the same intense and sharp neck pain as I came in with. I assumed it wouldn't be instant, but I felt that maybe at least I'd have a little bit of relief. I make my way to the exit and as I approach the gal that completed my massage and the other gal who checked me in, they gave me a punch card and asked if I wanted to leave a tip. - A tip! Oh, I hadn't even thought of it because I paid for it online. I only had a $5 bill in my wallet. As I handed the $5 over I apologized, and explained I didn't have cash. Both of the gals sat there and looked at me like I handed them a pile of poop. They even nudged at the card reader like I'm going to run my card just to leave them a tip.They spoke in another language and the the gal that had completed my massage took the $5 and headed to the back. The other gal then proceeded to try and GUILT TRIP me about the amount of tip I left. I couldn't understand her very well, but what I could make out of it was that she was telling me her ladies work very hard, it's hard on their hands, and she kept saying something about the "Tep," I finally caught on and asked "Tip?" She said "Yeah, yeah, tip." I was flabbergasted, and at that point decided to speak my peace by explaining to her if she really wanted to make a fuss about the tip, then to be honest, I arrived with neck pain, and am leaving with zero relief, and in addition to that my package should have included the Thai Herbal Ball Treatment, in which was not done. She proceeded to tell me my neck would feel better and it won't just happen in one visit, and as for the Thai Herbal Ball Treatment she said "Oh you can try that next time." I told her "No, it was supposed to be included THIS time that's what I paid for." All I know is guilt tripping someone for a tip is freaking ASININE and I WILL NOT be going back there, NOR will I be recommending ANYONE I know!
