My wife and I went here today for hour foot massages. Jen and Mia were absolutely amazing. It started with a head, shoulder, arm and hand massage for about 10 minutes. Then they laid the chairs back, lowered the lights and covered us each in a blanket and started the foot massage. We both fell asleep at points in the massage. The experience was good for the most part. I did yell out a few times after I had told her I had chronic back pain but I understood that sometimes that happens. What really ruined the whole experience for my husband and I was that when we went to pay our bill, the lady openly criticized our tip to the point that my husband pulled out all the cash he had in his pocket which was close to $20 to add to the tip we already had included with our payment. She never said, thank you, or goodbye, and completely snubbed us in front of people that were at the counter. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I have worked customer service and therefore I am big on tipping 20 to 30%. This lady was impossible and absolutely unprofessional, and we definitely will not go there again. read more

I have been coming here regularly for about a year. I suffer from a lot of chronic pain and get a massage once a week. Every experience here has been stellar. All the masseurs and the owner have always been very gracious and respectful. I always feel welcomed and always leave feeling relaxed. Prices are well beyond fair, and I always make sure to tip appropriately. These women have to have their hannd and arms all over your body, the least you can do is leave a decent tip. Lady walks in on me while I am half underdressed and would not leave for me to finish and get under sheet on table. Very shockingly rude. I tried to overlook that. Massage was mostly elbows and she wasn't very cautious about not running them over bones. Tried to overlook that as well. Did not work on hands or feet but a cursory 20 seconds or so. Did not focus on areas I told her hurt the most. She also left me hanging and waiting a couple times while she went to answer the phone, talk in the hallway with another person, then greet someone at the front door. From reading other reviews, they may have changed ownership recently, because the experience I had was fantastic. So this was the weirdest massage experience of my life. Called to make an appointment and was told to come at 9 pm, when I asked what types of massages they offered, they hung up. I figured it was a mistake so came at 9 and was lead in a room where the masseuse told me it would be $40. Again, didn't specify what type of massage or duration, just that it was $40 and I had to pay first. Also, only cash and to go to the ATM next door. I'm feeling pretty uncomfortable but got the money and came back and the woman started getting upset that I didn't include tip. Again, this is BEFORE the massage?? Oh CHILD NOOOOO. Just no. If you want a hand job than maybe, baby... But if your lookin for relaxation look elsewhere!! I've been to quiet a few of these places in hopes of seeing or experiencing something "fishy" for funzies while also trying to relax with a cheap foot massage and today was not the jam. I got the "L" as my kids would call it.. First off, this "Angel " was rubbing oil on my legs like they were porcelain. I asked for more pressure and got "the tool" which was DREADFUL AS HELL!! Just as weak as the oil slather but with an odd point. I was literally watching the clock wishing for the ability to time travel but alas I remember I was a paying customer!! I did have a say in this terrible life event! I asked for either another "angel" or to end this nightmare. I was given a second Angel, praise be. She seemed to be very angry and take it out on my every soft spot, with her thumb nails. She worked my shins like she was mad at um'. I'm truly at a loss. She gave me a good old fashioned scratching.. icky. It's under new management and the staff, the owner is a very strong professional lady and the girls are all great massuese. I've been her several times and a different lady each time but the quality of care and professionalism is the same! I work on the road and in construction so my old body is beaten up Angel used some different techniques to loosen the muscles and my leg is feeling much better!
