People are kind of snobby unless they like you. Some mean girl vibes. Lady dismissed all my questions at the pick up counter but one. idea who she is I was just curious on how the deals worked. wanted help maybe a recommendation but nothint. Just told to have a good day when I was the last person in line. costumer service is big to me and they just don't have the best elegance here. I'm here almost everyday most are the same way. Especially when I planned on spending birthday money here in a few days. probably will rarely visit now only if they have something I like. The prices are high and they don't have the best deals anyone. So all together might not be the best option or experience especially if you just want help. I left so irritated. read more

I'm kinda surprised at how many negative reviews this location has! I've been coming here for 3-4 years and never had any issues. I do always do order ahead orders and have never had to wait in a line for longer than like 30 minutes ( which is usually on weekends around 6-7pm) the area is definitely run down but it doesn't feel unsafe, I've always seen security in the evenings and nights and have had a pleasant experience coming here. Westside Location: Feeling a little CHEATED and talked sideways to, this morning, when asking for an explanation from the pretty but slick talking budtender. BOGO on CDT Carts for $24.99 every day. She charged me the reg $36.99 during the BOGO hours? No tip this time with that "sad" uneducated excuse on pricing and not able to prove her excuses on print. Seems like I was being scammed from the Budtender for $10 BS come up. Long time customer... now going back to my old "tax free" personal budtender. He doesn't have a big selection. This location is my favorite spot to go to based on prices and their selection BUT this location has such a horrible check in process and pick up process. On multiple occasions I've had to wait in line for well over 30 minutes. This is whether I place a pick up order or walk in this morning. They had two girls working the front desk when they should have had one of those girls in the back helping there should be no reason that I am waiting 15 minutes in one lobby and then having to wait another 15 minutes in another lobby read more

Great weed and deals. Love that they take med tax off over $100. Normally the girl up front that checked us out in the past was very helpful. Today at around 6:30pm the young man upfront was clearly having a bad day. I do dutchie bank pay when I go in but today the gentleman told me that I had to pay online if I was doing dutchie pay. In the past the previous girl had just asked for the number after you scan the barcode, as I tried to ask him if that had changed he was clearly getting more agitated and snippy. He continued to try to explain to me that we should've paid before (the med Tax was still on and we had been told by a manager in a previous visit to wait til you come so you can make sure the med tax is off) after again just asking if I could just give him the number instead of the barcode cause previous people had checked us out that way, he put in the number and we paid. A lot of drama and arguing from someone I'm trying to buy some weed from. Hopefully the other girl comes back, she was more detailed, kind and held a conversation while kicking ass at her job. read more

I used to go to other places but this place is closest and has the lowests prices from carts to flower. Only a few tweaks i think , is the way the online kinda suks anf point system, would be nice if you are a loyal memeber and at time of purchase online and in person the staff will let u knw how much and if u earned enough to to add to purchase . And maybe a recycle isentive system for emptied carts .. but all in all THIS PLACE is always my First choice. Went to this dispensary in a pinch cause I was told it was closest one to where I was. I started off being told 10-15 minutes to be taken back. This of course turned into 35. Maybe even 40 minutes but we stopped looking at the clock at 35 minutes because we got so frustrated. We then went back looking for the 5 full gram pre-rolls for 35 as advertised online. They said that they're out of the one I was looking for but they have 5 half gram pre-rolls for the same price. I asked for the ones on the list that were 22% (I forget the name) after I get home and look at my actual product. It turns out that I paid $35 for 5 half grams that were around 10%.... Pretty sure I could grow a better product in my bathtub honestly. Thanks for the free preroll for it being my first time. That's where the one star was earned in my mind. Do yourself a favor, go a little further north and go to Curaleaf, better deals, better flower, and you will actually get in your bag what you are being told is going in there. I placed a pre-order around 2:30pm. I then received the pick up message at 7:30pm. I drive the 30 minutes to get there only to discover the line for pre-orders was down the sidewalk. They were also letting recreational customers in before med patients. This place was already horrible, now it's a spit in the face to medical patients.
