I can usually secure an appointment within several days of booking, and there are many Saturday appointments available. I usually get Jonathan or Anthony as service advisors in The Atlantic Hyundai Service Department. Both are extremely knowledgeable and encourage me to use the Hyundai Atlantic app's digital coupons to decrease costs. Both men always text me their digital business card, and they call me with updates while my car is being serviced. They also provide free Lyft/Uber service to customers, like me, who live within the vicinity of the dealership. When I decline a ride home, I wait in either the Hyundai Atlantic waiting area or the Toyota one. Both are comfortable and spacious. My vehicle is usually serviced quick! I am in and out 1-2-3. The advisors and technicians definitely know what they are doing. I highly recommend!

They claim I blocked their number, I checked and that the numbers he said they call from did not appear on the list of spam numbers I'd blocked. In early July Anthony via email tells me basically if I want my car I can just take it even though he knows it needs fixing. He apologized for his terrible communication at this point. Two more weeks go by at least and I finally hear back from him 7/30 when he says I should have my car back at the end of next week. I had other concerns, not major ones, but they were addressed when I was there when the car was towed. I ask abut these in a reply. To date I have not heard back from him. Finally desperately I try to locate the email for their service manager which turns out to be just a feedback form. I complete it, and immediately I get a call, odd since I allegedly blocked their number. This was a sales call who was nice enough to give me the actual email of the service manager. I reach out to him who apologized for the lack of communication and tells me he'll give me an update that day. The next day, after they have closed, do I finally get the update that I can pick my car up tomorrow. This will have been exactly 2 months since it was towed in. I still dont know if the inspection that was needed will be completed or if the apple car play issue I told them about was addressed. This is after a previous service manager lost my key the last time it was there, and put the onus on me to reach out to them to see if they had found it. he's not there anymore and im sure I'm out of that key. I truly truly regret buying a car from this dealership and wish I could turn back time and avoid this place.

We wanted to take our time and thoroughly review all of the paperwork. The numbers weren't making sense to us or adding up. Finally they claimed they must've made a mistake and "accidentally" entered a fee twice. This fee was around $2,000 so that was quite a mistake! This seemed very shady so we were ready to walk away, but in the end we decided to go through with it since it seemed like everything worked out in our favor. In conclusion, we did experience some unnecessary stress and they may or may not have been trying to pull a fast one on us, but we love the car and liked the salesman we dealt with.
