Every time I visit this location they are amazing! My car is always in expert hands for sure! They let me know of anything is wrong and don't pressure me to buy things I may not be ready too. They always have juice, water and a keurig with little snacks and the lobby is always immaculate. They are so friendly and sweet and are always super fast. As well they are pet friendly! I had my dog with me in the car and I mentioned that, and they let me bring him inside! I was over the top! I drive 40 miles to come here and I won't trust anyone else. I never have a problem and they are always on point when it comes to the service and maintenance of my vehicle! They even gave me wiper blades one day when I couldn't afford them! In the last 16 months I've had two brake jobs, 4 tires replaced an oil change and filter change and my windshield wiper water line replaced. My brakes were in need of repair again a year later and I went there 3 times to have them look at them. Each time I was told to come back tomorrow. The repairman was watching TV and told me to come back tomorrow. What? He also told me they had to get a new computer and list all their past information so I better have a receipt to prove I had the warranty! Well I did have them but Then on another visit the manager told me the same thing! My water line was not replaced they used duct tape! When I took it back to see why it was still not holding fluid they found duct tape around the line and actually told me it was the previous repair mans usual way of doing things! My Rear brakes repaired in The end of April had to be done again Today by Christian Brothers both front and back. When The filter that Herbert replaced inside my car, they forgot to put the clips back on my glove box so now I have to buy new ones that cost $65. I found this out when opening the glove box and it slammed on my legs! I'm glad I found Christian Brothers in Canton to help me repair my brakes! I would recommend them for a few reasons! One they answered the phone with a professional friendly manner and I was able to cone the same day and once I arrived and found I needed to do both the front and back brakes again, i was given a ride to my home while they did the work and they came back to get me after it was done! It was also the cleanest place I've ever taken my car to! read more

Just had a horrible customer "NO SERVICE" experience with owner and manager of shop. They couldn't repair a tire and refuse to honor the Roadside Hazard Warranty on the tires we purchased from them. They were also extremely unhappy that we also allow Honda to perform maintenance on our car and that I only use Herbert for oil changes and tires. Guess I don't spend enough of my money there that they could give a crap about me being a customer!!! Not any more. I will make sure that all my neighbors are aware of Herbert's poor attitude and business practices. read more

In the years I've been using Herbert Automotive, I've never had a problem or complaint, and today was no different. The folks there are always professional, the building clean and the services (from oil changes to major repairs) have been great. When I called today to ask if leaking oil was something that could wait a few days before checking, the manager asked me to please come in right away, saying he'd rather be safe than sorry. (He even offered to come to my house, since I was hesitant to make the drive!) The repair was a simple fix, and there was not even any charge for the quick procedure. I took my car in for a problem it was having. They called me later and told me it was the mass air flow sensor and the connector on it was bad also and that it would be $419 to fix it and they couldn't get the parts for 2 days. I went and paid them $97 for checking it out. I checked the connector they said was bad and it looked fine so I went to Advance and bought the sensor for $74 and it took about 5 minutes to change it and now the car runs fine! read more
