This used to be my go-to location. I will never go back there again. They took 2 hours longer than estimated for a simple oil change, didn't reset my oil indicator on my car, so it still showed 0%, didn't refill any fluids and to add insult to injury, they stole $400 sunglasses out of my center console! Would give 0 if I could, got struts and brake pads replaced and was charged over 2000 dollars only for when the work to be done I had 3 more lights on and the employees told me that my wheel sensor coincidentally went out at the same time, they lied to my face saying they didn't have to go near wheel sensor to do work which they did, it was a white guy with short brown hair and a beard and tattoos and a skinny black guy with dreads, I was coming here for years prior to this and never again, I hope this place gets shut down or the POS who lied to me gets fired read more

Came in today to get two new tires mounted and balanced. They didn't even clean my wheels before putting the balancing weights on and they immediately fell off when I brought them home. Will never return. Now i have to take them somewhere else to have them balanced again. What a waste of time and money. read more

I recently took my car to a Hyundai dealership. The doom & gloom strategy was ineffective and the prices were most offensive. I left with my pockets lighter and feeling more frustrated than I did before I got here. My wife suggested a second opinion and I was inclined to agree. I took it to a typically helpful Meineke and frankly, I thought they overlooked some valid concerns I had. What's more, while they didn't charge anything, they also didn't find anything. So finally I thought I'd try one more spot. I've consistently gotten great service and fair prices from this Firestone location. They were able to diagnose an awful squealing sound from my car (brakes) while pointing out some other less immediate issues. They gave me a printout of what needed to be done with prices far cheaper than what the dealership quoted. Also, their hours of availability are the best I've seen in the area. I'll definitely be returning as needed and you should, too, as new and used car prices are way too high to justify a new purchase at the moment. read more

I have been going to Firestone for probably at least 20 years. I'm pretty sure I've been at this location for over 15 and I feel like Brian and crew have been there at the same amount of time but I could be wrong. Regardless, everybody I've ever interacted with have always been super nice, accommodating and explained things in layman terms to me so that I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I love using my Firestone credit account as I usually get six months zero interest financing up to a certain amount which is very helpful, especially when bigger items are needed such as tires. read more

Ian, Steve and Brian are excellent service advisors that look out for the customers best interest. Today I went up with my Wife's car with had a slow leak due to a nail in the tire. They fit me in .. no questions. They were concerned about our safety and wanted to make sure the tire was fine before she drove to work the next day. We use them for all our vehicle needs. Amazing location that truly cares about their customers. I've had multiple occasions where i was suffering from a minor inconvenience such as a low tire or needing my battery checked and they have always done it quickly and for no charge. They are also not scared to recommend their customer to go somewhere else if they are too busy to get it done quickly as they care more about the customer than their dollar line. If you have absolutely any problem no matter how big or small they will get you the best service and care even if it means them not making the sale! Went so far as to call and discuss with my "expert" brother to make sure that all my bases were covered.
