Not that I haven't shopped at other stores I just try to support my friend's company. This location has all of the products for sale that most every other one has. The reason I gave this location 5 stars is based solely on the staff. I have bought parts from this store, when needed, for over 8 years now and without exception every employee has been exceptional. The folks that work here are always very helpful and tend to go out of their way to help. They have all been very knowledgeable about any of the work I have done on my vehicles even going so far as to offer tips when applicable. I found out today that they offer a "price match" on their parts. This does not apply to parts online, only parts from a physical store. If you are a do it yourselfer or are wanting to become one, you should give this place a try and don't hesitate asking questions about installation.

With the new battery everything worked great except the convertible top wouldn't go up or down. After checking a bunch of fuses they thought it might have been related to the on of the AC fuses being on the dash at the same place. It was and was very happy to only be buying a fuse. Wasn't 100% sure it was the battery so drove to my closest Advanced Auto Parts on Moores lane in Brentwood and requested their complementary battery test. Was just me taking care of this as my husband was out of town and I had just taken on a foster hospice dog that cannot be left alone so he was in the car with me. One of their employees, Dana, went above and beyond to accommodate me and my stressful situation. Dana happily tested the battery, finding it to be in need of replacement, and then quoted me the price; $255 which included the tax, core exchange, battery, and install. I could not believe the difference, not only in price, but that this wonderful company was willing to install it for me as well -zero charge! I was so grateful! Especially at a time like this during Christmas coupled w/several expensive repairs we are trying facing at our home from leaky roof to main floor of our home sinking into our crawlspace -the money savings Advanced Auto Parts saved us from taking it into the shop was a godsend! Mr. Kenneth Sorenson went above and beyond his normal duties. He installed my new battery for me…read more He checked my oil and transmission fluid for me. My oil was one quart low and transmission fluid was 2 quarts low. My transmission was bone dry. I am so grateful for his help and thanked God for sending me to him. I was told by a mechanic at Midas that I would need a transmission rebuild at a cost of $1500. I asked the Midas guy to check my fluid. He failed to do so when fixing my car regarding another repair. I have been unable to drive my car for 3 weeks trying to save my money for a transmission repair. Mr. Sorenson saved me a ton of money, a transmission rebuild, a lot of grief, stress, and tears.
