My boss said he sees glue remnants on the part that is still attached to the roof, which indicates someone broke the base before I bought it, and it eventually fell off. Ever since I noticed it was broken a few months ago, I've been trying to find the antenna assembly at a decent price. I found it online for about $150 or more, but kept an eye on several salvage places in the area using their online databases. I finally found it recently at one in Greenbrier. That's a bit of a drive for me, and they are only open Monday through Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM, the same hours I am at work in Nashville. The guy I spoke to at TN Auto Salvage offered to see if one of their drivers would deliver it, and he found someone. I called them day before yesterday and today someone delivered it to me. They charged $45 for the antenna and base assembly, which they removed from the car for me, and another $10 for delivery. EXCELLENT service. I would highly recommend doing business with them if they have what you need.

The two associates, one being the Manager told me that even though I had the original receipt and both bits were unused that he could only return one of the bits and to take the other one back to the original store of purchase. He then said that itvwas a "systems" and he couldn't do anything about it but if I called the original store of purchase, maybe they could tell me how he could do the transaction. I called the original store while still there with them. I eventually got to the GM of the original store who did call the store that I was in, only for them to tell me that they could "only" give me a in store merchandise card for a part that I have the receipt for, is unused, and I paid cash for. Needless to say that in a time where "brick and mortar" businesses are struggling to stay in business. You would think that they would do better business practices than this. I have to spend $25 worth of gas to get an $7.49 ($8.22) refund or get an in store merchandise card for a retail store that I NEVER, EVER plan to enter again!

Avoid Brian's Motorsports in Hendersonville, TN....Extremely Poor Service…read moreI brought my son's Camaro in for a much-needed alignment, and it was one of the worst automotive experiences I've ever had. The customer service was terrible overall (with the exception of Danny, who was the only one who seemed to actually care). They kept the car for two full weeks with almost zero communication. We had to call repeatedly just to get any kind of update. They claimed they had adjusted everything but could never provide the actual alignment numbers, repeatedly saying their printer "didn't work." After agreeing to replace the front arms to correct the severe negative camber, they still refused to show any before/after results. Every time we asked for updates, it was the same excuse: "Let me text the supervisor" but we never received any follow-through. When we finally got the car back, I lifted it at home and discovered the bent bolt holding the suspension to the frame was never replaced, even though it was clearly part of the issue. This shop is not equipped or willing to handle alignment work properly. They take your money and your time but deliver zero accountability or proof of work. I would not recommend Brian's Motorsports to anyone dealing with suspension or alignment issues. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I then waited to receive paperwork via email to put my deposit down for the vehicle, since an agreement had been made. Later, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold out from under me AFTER I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle. My best guess (assuming positive intent on the saleswoman's part) is that she forgot to mark the car as sold, so it was mistakenly shown to another customer. Regardless, Gupton failed to honestly own up to their mistake, which was quite maddening. When I showed interest in a comparable vehicle, since the one I preferred was sold out from under me, Gupton dragged their feet on matching the deal we'd already agreed upon. Really bad impression of these guys -- not only failing to own up to their mistakes, but also not even making an effort to make it right with the customer... Too bad -- took my business to another Jeep dealership that was very pleasant and honest!
