Usually places stop at a 34D or DD. So, I went through my usual routine of seeing a DD and trying it on, hoping my boobs would magically fit. Nope. As I was about to leave, the woman working (not sure if she was the owner or not) stopped me and said "You know, we specialize in Gs, Hs, Is." My face lit up. They had my size and it fit perfectly. I apologized but she continued to make a big deal of it, asking if I had any idea how much work I'd caused for her because now she'd have to mop the water (?) on the floor and screaming to other employees to grab a mop & guard the door to warn people not to slip. We're talking about a couple of drops here; I was completely dry except for my hair. It was absurd. Several other customers were uncomfortable with the outburst and left. I was so flustered, I stayed just long enough to pay for $30 shoes and the entire time I was paying, she continued to belittle me and ask how I could be so disrespectful, how could I do that, etc even as I continued apologizing and giving her business! Even though this Soma is in an outlet center I found the prices to be comparable to what I pay during a sale at my local full price store. Bras were buy one, get one 1/2 off and my PJs were full price at around $70. I also had a $20 coupon that Soma had electronically stores in their system so I appreciated the extra savings. The employees were helpful and friendly so overall a pleasant experience as far as this type of necessity shopping goes!

While I like Soma's Bras, sizes offered, and generally think the quality is good, they should offer to fix, replace, or refund when one breaks. They aren't cheap! And being that their store was closed for so long due to the pandemic, I wasn't able to come in any sooner than I did to deal with the issue. The manager and one of the two associates were rude and unhelpful. Because of my chest size, I'm limited in where I can shop in-person in our area, or else I'd take my business elsewhere.
