I'd emailed Pet Sitters Club at short notice to establish walks for my puppy Leo, and James came early to our apartment on a Saturday morning to set everything up. He saw some behavior to be corrected with Leo and he went right into training mode which was great for me as a first time puppy mother to learn. He also gave me other tips that I've incorporated into Leo's training. Leo's walked by Gabby daily and we're really happy with her!
