I was told prior to his arrival that I would have to pay a service request fee of $69 (I think), but that this would be included in the fee for the repair. After about half an hour, Joseph gave us the number to an electrician they work with because not enough electricity was going into the water heater. He also refused to charge us anything because he said it didn't feel right to. Wow, what an honest man! The electrician came at 7am the next day. He squeezed us into his already packed schedule. Within an hour, he got a current to work, which meant he set the stage for Joseph to finally conduct the repairs. When Joseph returned the next day, he executed the repairs and had me test all our showers and our faucets to make sure hot water was coming in. For the first time in years, our water pressure improved AND we finally had hot water coming in. I told him I wanted to hug him! And he charged a reasonable price for his efforts. I'm so lucky I got excellent, efficient service from honest people. You can't get that kind of integrity and exemplary customer service from most businesses these days.
