Also, Salvation Army has no return policy. When I walked in the front door I couldn't help but hear the cashier arguing with a customer about returning a broken TV they purchased. Goodwill has a 7-day return policy. Family Outfitters Thrift Store and St. Vincent de Paul thrift shops both have return policies. A return policy means you care about your customers satisfaction. I would recommend instituting one. (Remember, they get their items for free...)
