It never fit again despite exercising and losing inches. Two weeks before the wedding -- a new tailor in a different state advised me that the alterations made were beyond repair. I literally stumbled upon Lilise when a hairdresser mentioned a bridal consignment store that very same day the tailor called to say the first dress was a "no go." Lilise actually has a small selection of bridal gowns, but I found another gorgeous dress within minutes. It needed some degree of alterations. But the staff member placed on hold -- and contacted Agnes of L & B tailoring to advise her of the situation. A Lilise staff member offered to take the dress to L & B Tailoring to take a look before I paid for the dress, but Agnes stopped by first and confirmed that she could make the changes. I bought the dress. The staff at Lilise Designer Resale was courteous, professional, and attentive beyond expectations. The service infinitely better than at the expensive boutique where I bought my first dress. I cannot thank them enough!

This is a factual review of my personal experience. I dropped my excellent condition used item off…read moreat this location to be placed on consignment. It was looked over by both myself and the shop keeper. It was accepted. There was absolutely no damage. A couple days later I got a call telling me it was tested and failed so I would have to pick it up. They could not sell it. I showed up to find a break in the leg that did not previously exist. As well as scratches and dings that did not previously exist. Upon arrival at home with the item, and closer inspection, I found further significant damage that included dovetail joints that had been damaged and panels that would only be slid out of place by significant impact. This combined with the break I was initially shown at pick up, leads me to the firm belief that my item was mishandled and quite literally dropped from approx a 2 foot high height. It is my confident belief that my item was damaged to the point where it has lost significant value while in their care, that they refused to be truthful about what happened and did not offer any apology whatsoever. Beware of dealing with this business. I believe them to be very dishonest in my experience as a customer entrusting my goods to them.

This visit did not disappoint. The store and the inventory is absolutely beautiful, however, it's the quality of the people who stand behind the counters that sparkle. The staff in Bellmans are the real gems. They are friendly and professional without being insistent. I wish there was a Bellmans in Naples! Maybe one day!? Love this store!

Came here after finding Bellman's on social media to design my engagement ring! I knew I wanted to…read moreinclude heirloom gemstones in my ring so I'd have to go custom and Bellman's made the process absolutely seamless. I got to try on a bunch of different bands and see probably 10 different variations of custom designs digitally as well as try on 2 wax molds before picking my ring to make sure it was perfect. When I finally got to see the ring in person, it was even better than i'd been picturing in my head! I'm so happy with it and our experience with Bellman's, we'll definitely be back for wedding bands!
