The coffee here is very good I had gotten a double shot of a espresso, Pistachio frappe and a pistachio muffin. It was all really good. Even the lady behind the counter was super patient with me for it being my first time here. The overall place was very comforting and welcoming as well. I would definitely come back here in the future!

Great small coffee shop the only upset was the amount of coffee in my cup I ordered a americano. The cup was about half full wish it had more but it was good and the muffin was good too . Recommended to anyone close by . Service is quick ambiance is very chill .

The woman running this place is great at her job. The we had a breve and vanilla frappe, both were great not too hot, not too sweet And great presentation. Will come again.

Great food and service. Waited patiently while we looked at the menu. It was our first time here.

This cafe is soo cute, very cozy, and very welcoming. It was speedy service and the drinks came out just 2 mins after ordering! The green tea lattes is a little too sweet for me, but it's very smooth and delicious. The red velvet cookie is sooo good. Not too sweet nor too bland. Scones aren't usually my thing but this scone was so airy and fluffy. They have a little area in the cafe where you can buy some Asian snacks to try. 100 % coming back and you should try this place out.

Obsessed with their macarons! Very cozy and would be a great place to study. Although store front didn't do justice from what's inside.

Very cute local coffee shop! Came here after church! Got an iced white mocha with almond milk, it was delish! I also got a chocolate chip muffin, my friend got a blueberry muffin! We got them warmed and they were cooked to perfection! Best muffin I've had possibly!

The barista was too sweet! we weren't sure what we wanted yet, and she was patient with us and offered her recs. We went probably a couple hours before closing and it was calm and relaxing. great place to just chill and hangout.

My haul!! With a cortado shot!

Ms Aeran is one of the owners; she's so sweet and helpful with her products and sweets As you can see, I tried some new stuff like the chips and Pocky sticks. I got a cortado shot which should keep me going the rest of the day!! The orange cranberry scone was so delicious (not too hard) and it paired well with the coffee. The hot and spicy shrimp chips are yummy; no hint of shrimp or shrimpy taste just flavorful Got the whole bean coffee from Geva coffee in Houston The spicy seafood noodle soup I'm sure will be tasty and I hope it really is spicy Oatmeal raisin cookie is great, very flavorful. 2 macarons lemon and nutella, BOTH really good. This place ROCKS. Support local. Buy local

Delicious drinks, peaceful ambiance conducive for studying, delicious pastries including muffins and macarons (both being on the more expensive side but still being large and delicious) One of my go-to hidden gems for studying in Friendswood-area

Honey Vanilla Oatmilk Latte. 10/10. I'm a coffee snob. Come here ASAP. She's so meticulous in making her coffee.

Ridiculously long wait for just two drip coffees. Let you add own sugar but have to ask for creamers.

We spent a relaxed afternoon at la Madeleine in Webster and left reminded why French cafés have…read moresuch staying power. Food: I ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu Baked Pasta, and it was pure comfort. Creamy, cheesy, and generously portioned, with tender chicken and ribbons of ham woven throughout. My daughter chose the Strawberry Nutella® Crêpe, which felt like a little celebration on a plate. Light, delicate, and just sweet enough. My husband went with the French Dip au Caramelized Onions. The beef was tender, the onions perfectly sweet, and the jus rich enough to make every bite worth dipping. We couldn't resist taking home pastries, and they were just as lovely later that evening. Service: Friendly and efficient. Orders came out promptly, and the staff kept the line moving without making the experience feel rushed. Ambiance: Cozy and inviting, with the feel of a neighborhood café. The pastry case greets you as soon as you walk in, and the scent of coffee and baked goods makes it hard not to linger. Overall, it was an easy, satisfying afternoon spot for families or a casual lunch. Sometimes you just want something warm, familiar, and well done. This delivered.

Had a meal at La Madeleine for the first time in a long time. Went for breakfast around 11 a.m…read more I was disappointed. First of all, what restaurant does not have sausage and bacon when they have the breakfast menu out? How does that happen exactly? Even if the Sysco truck did not bring it, the manager is not aware of H‑E‑B? I mean, go pick some up. At the very least, tell customers, up front, there is no bacon or sausage when they order. Not when they have gone through the line to pay. "Uh. Did anyone mention we do not have sausage?" Me: "No. I'll have bacon then." Him: "Um. We don't have bacon either. How about turkey bacon?" Nobody likes turkey bacon. They plated the scrambled eggs, French toast, and the offending turkey bacon all on one small plate. Normally pancakes or French toast comes on its own plate so it is not tainted with runny eggs or greasy bacon. The Croque Madame was dry, room temperature, and generally disappointing. It was like it was cooked 5 hours prior. The Cesar salad's lettuce tasted of chemicals. Though not crowded, service was horrible. There was not one employee who smiled nor said anything nice at all. To anyone. Ever. Then I saw the manager who looked so miserable and like he did not want to be there. None of those employees had actual printed name tags. All, including the manager, had to write their name on their tags. What place doesn't have printed name tags. It's like their employees are temporary and disposable. And guess what? The lack of service, lack of basic breakfast foods, and cold food reflects all of that. Frankly I did not see anyone one customer who appeared happy. Tables all around us spoke of their own disappointing experience. What has happened to La Madeleine? What I know is I cannot go back. There are too many good restaurants who actually want business. It's a miserable place filled with miserable employees making food that reflects all of that. It's been taken off our list of area restaurants to attend.
