Pat Rice I contacted pharmacy about 3 weeks ago for a Covid Vaccination. Was told, by Mary Jo, it would be about 1-2 weeks. I called earlier this week and was told, by a gentleman, that I was next on list and that they were waiting for the shipment. It would be about 2 days. I called after the 3rd day to inquire and was told by Mary Jo it was going to be about another 2-3 weeks???? When told her what I was informed earlier in the week, by the pharmacist, she didn't know why I was told that. She couldn't think of an excuse fast enough especially when I told her I had to spell my name, to the pharmacist, so clearly he was looking and reading something with my name on it. So are we taking people's names, putting on list and playing with the list. Is this a advertising ploy for your pharmacy to get cheap notoriety. DO YOU REALIZE THE TIMES THAT WE ARE IN?? Having put my faith and trust in YOUR PHARMACY, I clearly stopped attempting to reach out to any other organization that offered the vaccination. You manipulated the system. Would I trust them with a prescription, ABSOLUTELY NOT. Would I trust them with my life, ABSOLUTELY NOT. They should be sanctioned. Stay with your boutique, your not professional enough to run a pharmacy. Next day after posting this same review on GOOGLE, they received a review from a gentleman that was supposedly a new customer, walked in and they offered him the vaccine. SO MUCH FOR HAVING A LIST. I visited this pharmacy when I was seeing my daughter in NY. Everyone there was so nice and friendly. My daughter introduced me to Mary that handles their cosmetic line. I tried the skin care products and I was so pleased that I now order over the phone and she ships me whatever I need (usually with a few samples). It isn't often that you can go into a store and be received like family! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and their skin care line is to die for. I know that they mix compounds too (for prescriptions). If you don't go and check their store out you will really be missing out on something sensational! read more

I've heard great things about Heritage and used them for the first time today when our pediatrician sent my daughters prescription there. I stopped in right aFter leaving the doctors office to ask how long it would be and to see if they needed my insurance card. When I got there they already had everything ready and waiting! I was shocked, we always have to wait when we use the big name pharmacy. They were super polite and helpful and the store is immaculate. I just came from this small Mom & Pop type pharmacy and I was completely blow away by how nice this place is. Not only were they super helpful but the store was clean well stocked and had a lot of cool things to buy. I found a particular hair product that I have never seen in stores anywhere, nice to see that these type of places still exist!!
