She felt she wanted a larger size. We went back today to exchange the pair for a larger size. As she was trying on, the owner of the store steps out from the back and in a nasty tone was like I thought we decided on the other pair. I also noticed her whispering to the sales girl in reference to my daughter. I could tell she was annoyed with us. I didn't understand the attitude. We we're keeping the shoes. It was just an exchange for another pair. As a customer, we have the right to be satisfied and ultimately we have the final decision in our purchase. My daughter was anxious prior to going to the store because she was afraid this was reaction she was going to get and this woman's didn't help in the least. I was highly disappointed in the treatment we received today. It was completely unnecessary. I will not be shopping there in the future. You have lost a customer.

They had the cutest little bar cart set up in here with Hershey kisses, pink starburst, skinny pop, champagne and orange juice (def recommend the champs to be iced!) The girls that worked here were playful and fun but mostly helpful! Our girl was a bit unsure of what she wanted and we also were like...... do we do glitz? Do we need an A line? Veil, no veil? After trying some stuff on, the ladies that worked there helped us all realize that plain can still be the most elegant and my gf ended up saying yes to chiffon twisted front off the shoulder, long sheer sleeve, very flattering dress for a beachy wedding in September. They added a simple belt for some sparkle and recommended a hair piece for the side of her head rather than veil.... What's good for one isn't good for all, really. Veil cute but headpiece was sooo much of a better fit for our bride and she looked beautiful ... Big shout outs to the girls working here bc they accommodated our music and had fun with us too.. we started off a bit rowdy blasting "bring 'em out" by TI but there were tears and Ed Sheeran moments later...
