Since they have last year's models, open box, dent & scratch at great prices! Emilio and Alma had a wide variety to choose from in their warehouse on W. Russell -just west of Valley View. We were looking for a modern featured stove & dishwasher; as the replaced appliances were over 20 years old and failing. Emilio and Hugo delivered on-time & called to communicate their arrival. They came prepared and brought it all up to the 2nd floor condo; brought down and hauled away to old appliances too. Their installation was clean and professional using new gas & water lines. Friendly and knowledgeable with their products. Local Las Vegas business and family owned & operated. We're are very happy with their products and services. We will recommend them to friends and family for residential and even saw a good variety of commercial appliances there too. Everything from small cabin appliances to Sub-Zeros & Thermodors! Their inventory evolves as the seasons change. Nice place to keep shopping over time.

We purchased a refrigerator from Appliances 4 Less a month or two ago. The staff was nice and…read morehelped me find what I was looking for but it ended up being lower quality than I imagined. It is worth noting that all appliances they sell are in some way defective, even if it is new in box... there is something wrong with it or it wouldn't be at their store. I was told the unit we bought was brand new in box, they even showed me the box, so even though I was aware that all their appliances are sold "as is", I assumed it would look brand new... it did not. Our fridge arrived with a very large dint on the top right, just next to the corner, and cracks in 2 of the inner plastic drawers/shelves. The fridge took about 72 hours to reach cooling levels safe for food storage and they even had to send a tech out to verify it was working properly. In the end we saved about $400 bucks off MSRP, which was about $300 cheeper than Home Depots price was (even though appliances 4 less delivery was twice as expensive), but next time I'd rather spend more for a better quality fridge that isn't all banged up and looking 3 years old upon installation. In a pinch if you are like us and are low on funds and don't have the privilege to be picky on what your appliances look like (scratches, dents, missing drawers or door handles) then this place is a more affordable option. But if you can afford to go someplace else I suggest you do.

We stumbled into Sam's Appliances. We were greeted by the family, and they were very helpful in our search. We were looking for a washer and dryer, and found those quickly. They had a good selection of washer, dryers, refrigerators, and so on. We even got the opportunity to see where they tested and cleaned the products before they were put on the sales floor. After deciding on our washer and dryer, we saw the most gorgeous French door refrigerator. We had to have it! It turned out that it was the family's refrigerator, so we knew that it was probably well taken care of. They gave us a discount since we purchased multiple items, which was definitely a plus. The purchase also came with a 30-day warranty. Sam and his son delivered and installed the appliances. We had a few hiccups with the appliances, which was to be expected with used goods. Anyway, I texted Sam and they were very prompt in coming to fix them. Since then, we have had no issues and are very delighted to have our new fancy appliances at an amazing price. I recommend them, if you're in the search for used appliances. And, it's always awesome to support a local family-owned and -operated business

Not only did it not work my house also flooded, when notifying the company and requesting their insurance information they denied me any info and would not take responsibility. Before they were delivered, we went back several times to look at our trees to make sure they weren't too large for our yard. Our original salesman was no longer working there, and that's when we met Houghton, who just happened to be around. We explained our concerns about the size of the trees, giving him the measurements of our yard space. He confirmed that they would fit. I was still anxious but went with his expertise. Once we got home, Houghton called us and asked if we would like him to come over and check out the yard personally. (I had thought about asking him but felt foolish. He knew I still had doubts). He came to our home and confirmed that they would fit perfectly. The trees were just delivered and planted. (Side note... the trees delivered were the wrong ones. One call to Houghton (it was his day off), and within no time, we had the correct ones delivered.) I cannot say enough about Houghton. He wasn't even the salesman we purchased the trees from, but his customer service, professionalism and personal concern for our perfect experience, went above and beyond! I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing trees from Moon Nursery.
