She also called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK if he came early. He disassembled the front of the dryer and checked everything out. When I reached out to the company to resolve this, I was told it would cost an **additional $275** on top of what I had already paid. The admin became rude and dismissive, claiming they were giving me a "40% discount"--which felt like a slap in the face given the machine was never fixed to begin with. They even had the audacity to tell me it was "my fault" for not checking the technician's work more thoroughly while he was there.
