Max came to repair my 3 year old front load Maytag Washer which had a drain blockage and the washer door was locked due to water in the machine not draining. I had a code F9 E1 on the display panel. He brought all equipment needed, and within 2 hours cleared the blockage and cleaned out the filter, suctioned the water from the machine, and tested and reset my machine. It works like new again. Paid up, grabbed my free basket, and was told I could pick it up before 7. So I battled rush hour across town... only to arrive at 6:15 and find the place closed at 6, with a freshly taped sign saying so. Not ideal. That said, the warehouse team came through. I walked to another door with humans behind it and explained the situation--that I was just passing through and not coming back anytime soon--and they helped get me loaded up anyway.
