Looked them up on Yelp as a potential source for appliances for a house being upgraded for sale. Pulled up to their strip mall and saw a man loading a truck and couldn't tell if the warehouse was actually open to the public but after speaking to the worker he said yes and welcomed us in. I explained we needed a microwave, gas cooktop and electric oven all in black to match the rest of the existing appliances in the kitchen already. Alma walked over and showed us the items they had received and started explaining options and such. She was very knowledgeable and informed on makes and models of all the name brands. We discussed delivery and installation options. She quickly put together the products list and provided an estimate. We coordinated the delivery date which is next week. I needed service on a wine refrigerator as it was intermittently making a lot of noise. I turned to Yelp to find someone who works on wine refrigerators. The service request was broadcast to multiple appliance repair vendors. Several responded that they don't offer wine cooler repair services and most did not respond at all. The one positive response came from Buy 4 Less Appliances. Pedro, the owner, and I connected by text on Friday and a service call was scheduled for 10a, Saturday morning. At 930a, Pedro texted that he was on the way, and he arrived at the scheduled time. He set about diagnosing the problem and identified the fan as the culprit. He conducted an initial online search that revealed that the needed motor was no longer available from the manufacturer. He said he'd check further and get back to me this coming week. read more

Well, Saturday night came and nobody called me back so clearly nobody was checking out the fridge that evening. I called Pedro again and rescheduled him to stop by Sunday morning.
