Edson worked several days on my garage repair, leaving it looking nice from the outside. He was willing to negotiate his original price and communication was pretty easy up until he finished the job and left some gaps between boards he replaced on the roof. I asked him to seal them because I didn't want rain or snow ruining the roof right away. He told me he would come by on Monday, then Tuesday and then asked to come by Saturday. He never called me to say he wasn't coming, which was rude on his part. I texted him and he said he misplaced his phone. Then he asked to return the following week and he never did, once again, leaving me in the dark and never calling. Externally the garage looks great but inside the boards have gaps and I was expecting a little more work done or at least for him to stand by his work if there were problems. I had an issue with 2 of my garage doors not working. After calling to leave a message Edison returned my call and I told him the issues I had. After I sent him pictures and videos of both garage doors, he was able to determine how much it would cost to repair which was very reasonable. My wife came into the house with a stunned look on her fave this past Sunday, no it wasn't because the Bears were beating the La Rams...she said our garage door had caved in and and she had to park the car outside. I checked out the scene and yes our door was a bit bent inward. The spring had snapped and the weight caused the door to bend inward and crack a metal frame and a bit of the exterior. We need repairs on our garage after one of the doors split down the center. We also had a pillar in the center we were trying to have removed to make the garage a single door. Most door repair companies wouldn't touch the pillar and just wanted to fix the door. Edson was confident he could not only fix the door but cut out the pillar and reinforce the header to give us our one door garage. Edson and his helper ended up finishing the whole thing in about half a day and charged us less than some of the other companies wanted to just fix the door.
