We hired Skyline to replace our wooden backyard fences (fences that flank both sides of our property) with steel/wood privacy fences. The entire experience was handled very professionally. The process started with Ramiro, the owner and leader, visiting us to ask about/listen to what we wanted in a fence. Ramiro spent a fair amount of time with us to ensure full understanding of what the project would entail. Within a few days, Ramiro provided a fair estimate. Based on the reviews we read about his team's work and on our initial experience with Ramiro, we hired Skyline Metal Fabrication. Within a reasonable time frame (about 8 weeks in our case), Ramiro and the Skyline Metal Fabrication team was on site to start work. We found the entire crew to be friendly, considerate, conscientious, expedient, professional and hard-working. The team always accommodated our need to let our dog in the back yard to do her business without a hitch. They arrived on time and stayed until they completed what they needed to accomplish each day. They were also careful to clean up at the end of each day. Within five working days, our steel/wood privacy fence was complete. The work is of the highest quality, as the team focused on every detail, spending the time it took to ensure a beautiful result. We are particularly pleased with the excellent craftsmanship of the ornamental lattice work that tops our privacy fence. We can't recommend the Skyline team highly enough. Juan, who completed the estimate, listened to all of my requests and concerns and was highly responsive to all of my follow-up questions over the following months before deciding to go with them. My neighbor, who builds and renovates as a hobby, was so impressed by their attention detail that he came outside to watch them work. He said their precision and technique was absolutely fascinating and that he would use them them to work on his own property. Deck Doc just finished power washing, sanding and staining my deck, and I am 100% satisfied with…read moretheir work. I scheduled the work around last November, as I wanted my deck to be refinished and looking good for the full 2025 season. The first days with decent weather in late April the deck was washed, and by early May the deck was finished. A crew of 2 worked a full day power washing and bleaching the deck and 2 sections of yard fencing. Every part of the deck was thoroughly cleaned, including areas not normally visible, and all areas of the deck that were surrounded by bushes. Within about a week, as soon as we had a few sunny days and warmer weather, a crew of three worked a full day sanding and staining the deck and fence. The deck floor was power sanded, and all other surfaces were hand sanded, before all sawdust was carefully blown away and stain was applied. Deck Doc did an outstanding job, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. Communications regarding scheduling were excellent, work was done competently and on the days and at the times promised. The area around the deck was left completely clean when work was completed. Thank you for making my deck look like new.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Called Josh about 8 times to service my gate, paid him every time around 80 to 100, so it was great, when gate broke, he gave me a great price of 6K, others charged 8K, so he was there to fix my commercial gate right away, but right away i noticed it was squeaking more and not aligned, JOSH WAS NOT READILY AVAILABLE! So i had to pay about 250 out of pocket to put a guide so one door did not hit with other door. Meantioned to josh about this and he never paid me/credited me. door seemed to work just "ok" after the guide work but not 100 percent fine. So had issues for a full year, then system had an issue BECAUSE of the original misagliment by josh so door fell off guides and cut power cable (another 250 out of my pocket and 6 hours of work for me in freezing cold.... cuz Josh not available, so he now owed me about 700.. But i gave him benefit of doubt and few months later when door had an issue, called josh and i was not there, so he didn't get paid his 80 dollar sevice call (remember at this time he owes ME about 700), josh fixed system and said he called me for payment but honestly i was busy and even though Josh owed ME... Anyway, commercial gate got hit by a driver and was fixed by someone else as again Josh too busy, but door contined to have issues (squeaking/coming off rollers and guides) due to original install by Josh and TWO new door companies i called stated reason why i was having issues this whole time for a year, one of the large cement posts was put in way off... Contacted Josh and Josh does not want to take responsibility after i paid him 6K and also he owed me about 700 out of pocket. TOTAL RIPOFF!!! I tried reasoning with Josh very professionaly and respectful to come out and look at issue and he simply stated not his fault... Once he takes your money, he will not fix bigger issues he causes!!! read more

I had used KC Doors 3 years ago when I first bought my condo and knew that I could trust them - Josh had fixed my door without having to replace it like other companies had quoted. I called Josh Saturday AM and made an appointment for Monday AM. He showed up on time and put away my ladder that I had left in the middle of the garage. He is so honest, polite, prompt and does his job efficiently. I will always use him when my garage door acts up. I love that he put a sticker on my garage door so that I can find his information quickly. I am so glad I checked 'yelp' before contacting a garage door repair company. I found very positive reviews of KG Doors and decided to give them a shot. I couldn't be happier with the results. I called around 7 in the morning and was told to expect a technician between 9 and 11. He arrived at 10:30, identified and fixed the problem within half an hour. Importantly, the fee was very reasonable and he did not try to sell me parts or services that were not necessary - as I experienced in the past.These are the guys to call if you ever need garage door repairs. read more

The woman who answered the call explained the process, indicated there was no cost for an evaluation and gave me window time frames that a technician would be available. I asked for an evaluation. Within that given time frame, a technician, Nick, called to advise me that he would be arriving in 15 minutes. Nick was personable and professional. He explained the issue that was occurring with my garage door, recommended a solution, and advised me of the cost of the solution. In response to my question, he gave me an estimate of the time required to complete the repairs. In spite of the fact that Nick was working in a hot garage on a day when the heat index was over 100 degrees, he stayed focused and completed the job with his time estimate and for the fee quoted. I respect that man's tenacity and work ethic. Nick was also good at answering my questions about maintaining my garage door. There is nothing good about having a garage door that malfunctions. But once my garage door was broken, dealing with the personnel at Robert's Garage Doors made getting back to normal life as easy as possible. Based on my experience today, I highly recommend this company.
