We have bought several hats at this place, and each time the guy was grouchy and did not really want to help us look for a hat. Today was the last straw. We're from San Diego and decided to try one more time to buy a hat at this place like the one we bought before. But we asked the guy to clean a white spot off the hat, and he said I'll just refund your money. His tone of voice was mean and disrespectful. He hung out way in the back of the store in another room most of the time, and several people in the store looked at each other like where's the guy that works here? Looking for a 'couple' of hats, which, by their price tags, would have amounted to about $450-$500! Went in, nobody around, (voices in the back). Could have removed half their inventory in the time I was there waiting on someone (anyone) to talk to! Had another stop to make, so went back about 20-25 mins later, and 'nobody' around!?! Still the same situation, should have brought a truck, could have taken 'all' the inventory in the time I waited for someone to 'take my cash' for what I had picked out, Still voices from the back, and finally 2 guys come up to the front, (no idea if they were associated with the store), but they were carrying on a conversation about Banner Health and several other topics. Not one time was I asked if there was sometime I wanted/needed, or even acknowledge I was in the store. So, after about a another 30 minute waste of time, I left and went to another store.
