Good park but for biking in the large area I had many dogs trying to make me crash, another issue is that many people don't tend to tell there dogs to get away from me

I got engaged here! Maybe I'm biased Beautiful, private park, and nicely up kept. My fiancé from out of the country decided on this park to pop the question, very farm/barn house vibes and honestly so classy. Only thing that my fiancé was disappointed was to see that you can't bring no flowers, balloons, candles, or photographers. Though the restrictions, the park allowed us to have a intimate and romantic proposal.

What a fun colorful pirate themed park to let your kids imaginations run wild!! The main play structure is a huge pirate ship with red sails. The smaller play structure is also a pirate ship. There's a treasure chest too. 2 Bucket swings and 2 older kiddo swings. Wood chips and foam flooring. Park benches dotted around. Couple of bridges. Cute park!!

"The pirate ship park"... this is a nice park the feels surprisingly large and secluded, given that it is packed in between houses and a major road. The park is generally free of trash, has picnic tables, grills, and trash cans. It doesn't have the most exciting playground equipment, but the pirate theme is fun for the kiddos. There is a sandpit for the babies, a small and large climbing frames (pirate ships), and a set of swings. The park also has a roller hockey court, basketball courts, and an all-purpose green that is almost flat. The bathroom house seems clean and everything works.

Nice, simple park. Tucked off Tustin Ranch Road with a lot of shade trees (very important for hot summer days). There is a giant pirate ship that has slides and activities to climb on. Swings to the side and an enclosed skating rink. Soft playground matting and wood shavings. Lots of cement tables and benches to sit on. There are open bathrooms too which is a plus.

I play basketball at the park here, the courts are clean and the trees provide a little bit of shade.

It's one of our favorite local parks. It's shaded and in a pleasant setting with a pirate theme. Our toddler enjoys it.

Great park with awesome themed things to play on. Has bathrooms, under the shade of trees and fun for all ages including tables for parties.

Hands down one of the cleanest, most convenient parks in the Irvine area!…read more There are several baseball fields, tons of gated tennis courts, playgrounds for the kids, countless picnic areas that are numbered for parties and gatherings. I think what makes this park stand out is the crowd. Any park can be beautiful but, without the proper maintenance from the park crew (and most importantly the park goers) it doesn't stand a chance. You see tons of regulars here with their dogs, families, kids. Everyone is friendly and respectful of one another. The dog crowd at this park is also one of the best I've seen. Although the park is not off leash, there's wide open areas for you to allow your fur family to play catch, run around, and have a bit of freedom! They do have a couple of posts that have doggie bags however, they run out quick so please do come prepared with your own poop bags just in case! There are plenty of water fountains throughout with water filling stations attached, so don't forget a bowl for your fur family!!

There were quite a few cars in the lot already. However, we didn't see a lot of people milling around as the park covers quite an extensive area. The park features a flower garden with a fountain near its center. Beyond that are several picnic shelters amidst an elaborate children's playground. Further on, there is a large expanse of grass area amidst soccer fields, base ball diamond and tennis courts. There are paved walk paths through out the complex that winds up and down the various terrains. Overall it's a nice place to enjoy a leisure walk!

New playground is a lawsuit waiting to happen. No stairs to slide. The only way to get to the slide…read moreis literally climbing the rock wall or scaling rope bridge. My toddler is advanced and can do playgrounds no problem but thing thing is literally for kids 7 and up. Even then it's so dangerous because there's way too many ways to fall off the play set. They do have a "toddler area" which is a small wood playhouse and wood/rope climbing area. And even that I wouldn't let my little one near because it's too easy for her to fall onto wood logs edge and get cut. Just very poor bad "modern" design. We only go cause it's walking distance and even then it's work because I'm constantly watching my daughter to make sure she doesn't fall off. Nothing enclosed at all. Truly dislike this playground for kids under 7. We've gone 7+ times and I never see kids climb to top of this playground or anything. Such a waste. Would rather make the drive to Heritage or Tustin Sports Park or literally any other park.

This was a cool little park we visited on Thursday morning…read more Parking is round the outside, on the main street, so it's quite busy. I didn't like that. Once you walk over the play area you can see that they have some really awesome and different play equipment. I liked that. There was some rubbish in various areas of the park. The older kids area is shaded, but unfortunately come 10am the little play area with the yellow and blue structure is right in the sun. There's also an area for very young kids and that was shaded. There are no swings. It's a little out of my way to come here, so I won't be back in a hurry. There are toilets.
