My four year old flushed an object down the toilet clogging it completely. I called Mr Clean and with a few hours they were out, snaked it and offered me advice on other areas I was concerned about. We had a toilet start slow flushing, so opened a claim through home warranty (AHS) which was assigned to Mr Clean Drain Plumbing. The plumbing company's scheduling department called me about an hour after I opened the claim and scheduled service call for next day (today). Plumbers called ahead and came on time during window provided this morning. Diagnosed issue with a few minutes (needed auger to clear a blockage in the pipe). Work done very quickly and toilet is functioning properly again. They were polite and funny and overall a great experience. Will keep them in mind for future non-warranty projects on our to do list. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this entire company. From the first trip to my home to diagnose a problem they brought in a leak detection service, a reconstruction company, and worked with insurance to assure repairs were made and problems solved. Justin, Arlie, Chris, and Allie went above and beyond to assure the problem was found and the work was professionally completed. Mr Clean Drain and Plumbing called the same day they received our "leak under the kitchen sink" request and scheduled their plumber for the next day. Arlie and Frankie were on-time, professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem immediately, quickly made the repair, cleaned up the work area (it was cleaner than when they got here!), and gave us helpful suggestions on avoiding the problem in the future. This company wasn't using PPE properly. They are unprofessional, unreliable, poor quality, and unresponsive. They don't uphold their appointments. They were supposed to have fixed a faucet( called through home warranty) and a couple weeks later, within warranty time frame, and they wouldn't fix their problem because they were butt hurt because of a complaint. They make promises they don't keep. Their supervisor,Justin, and customer service rep., Ally, hung up in my face because of their incompetence and inability to take constructive criticism. I didn't curse them and nothing warranted them hanging up in my face. This company needs to take a course on customer service, professionalism, and how to deal with the public. read more

I had a problem with my washer, every time it drained it would bubble up in my kitchen sink. They came out the first time and told me that I had a blockage in my pipes so they snaked it out and it seem to work two days later my problem came back and I asked them to come and return and they did did the same thing and a couple of days later I had the same problem. They told me that I needed a whole house drain cleaning, which was not covered by my home warranty to the tune of almost $495 and that would fix the problem. We paid them the money and a week later I had the same problem. I tried to get them back and when they did come back then they told me that I had a problem in my basement and to fix that problem it was going to be an additional cost. It was at that point when I could not trust them to know what they were doing and I asked our home warranty people to send out a plumber. The plumber came out and immediately diagnosed the problem as a Studorvent they replaced it and I have not had a problem since. We disputed the charge with AE because it DidNot fix our problem we pay the hundred dollar trip charge to begin with through our home warranty company and the home warranty company has paid them for their work. They are insinuating that we in someway did not pay for services rendered. We did but we also disputed the charge because they did not fix the problem. They said they stood behind their work and they don't. read more

Jameson plumbing came out to assess our plumbing situation through our home warranty. At first I thought they were nice and honest individuals. The reality is that when it was all set and done they did not live up to their honest word. My toilet still leaks and continually is running. Did they fix other issues yes, but did they fix all of them no! They then file to the home warranty company that they came out for a 2nd visit (which they did....before I filed a claim saying that the toilet was still running). They then file old information to the warranty company. I then have to pay 75 dollars for no mechanical issues, when in reality there are mechanical issues at hand. All in all I am upset to even be writing this review. They kept their word and came back out. However, at the end of the day they were telling me one thing and then filing to the home warranty something else. It seems as if they were fishing for more money. I would trust this company with basic issues, but complicated issues go with someone else. They do not listen! *update: Late last night a received a call. One thing that is important is the process of communication. There was a miss communication between all parties involved. Which led to the above situation. The end result is I will consult another company! WHAT THEY DID FIX THEY DID AN AMAZING JOB. They want to make hints right which brings me to my original statement of being nice and honest! Just make sure you communicate well and your experience with this company will be good! When you submit to a warranty company make sure they have specifics, even if they didn't get all of the correct information. read more

Although I didn't have Mr. Clean Drains work on the plumbing job, they did respond to my quote request and gave me an up front estimate. No one else provided an up front estimate. If not for timing I'd likely have hired Mr. Clean Drains and will keep them bookmarked for future reference. read more

I contacted this company via my home warranty they came out and found a fingernail size bone in the garbage disposal not even a couple of days later or so it was still clogging and filling with water they came back out and said that it was full of dog hair so this was not caught the first time , which i made mention of. then 24 hours later it is still clogged and I had not used it except for pouring down the rest of my protein shakes. they came out today and after 10 to 15 minutes he said there was a very small thin piece of plastic in the disposal he proceeded to be rude and condescending I kept telling him that I had barely used it. I called back the next day, not weeks later. He told me he had never had a customer with these issues like me. Why wasn't everything caught the first time? Its my fault?! I told him I had other things to do than to continue to call them to fix something that should have been fixed the very first time. I also take care of animals so it is pretty chaotic in my house and it causes a lot of disruption when someone has to come to my home especially unannounced.. he did not call 30 minutes before and knocked on the door, didn't speak and was clearly agitated, which caused a lot of chaos to begin with. He fixed it, chewed me out, gave me a lecture on what not to do, what to do and walked out. Regardless it's no way to speak or treat someone. read more
