I've been going to Mike at Hermanos in Cypress for the past few years and am super happy with every haircut! I oscillate between longer on top and shorter on top but always get a close zero or 1 on the sides and back. He always does a great job of fading it all in. Low fade or medium fade... it doesn't matter. He lines me up. I look forward to every haircut because he is super consistent. I don't have to worry about getting a bad cut ever! Don't bother with appointments here. This place is disorganized and can't keep track. It ruins the atmosphere of this place. I was a new customer for Hermanos & Diane. I tried going back a second time. Waited for about an hour and had to leave. I couldn't wait anymore. As I was waiting that hour, the girl they have up front managing the customer list couldn't keep it organized. A lady walked in with her little boy for an appointment with a particular barber. The barber became available, and you would think the lady with the boy would be called up for him. Nope, instead she called someone else on the list. The girl forgot. The lady had to say something to the girl and the barber that she had an appointment and her son was next. I decided to make an appointment with Diane for the next morning. That way I can get in and out fast. They do charge an extra $5 for the appointment. I get there in the morning for my appointment, and that same girl up front tells me Diane just put someone in her chair and that she could assign me to another barber. Are you kidding me? read more

I scheduled an appointment on Friday, May 29, 2026, for a haircut and beard trim before a funeral. Later that day, I received both an email and a text confirmation for my appointment. When I arrived early for my appointment on June 1, the receptionist informed me that the barber I had booked with was no longer working at the shop. I was then told there were no available appointments until later that afternoon. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and customer service. At no point did anyone contact me beforehand to let me know there was an issue with my appointment, nor did I receive an apology when I arrived. Mistakes happen, but acknowledging them and taking responsibility goes a long way. Unfortunately, the experience was a waste of my time, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

This review is years over due. This barbershop is one of a kind. I came in for the first about 3-4 years ago, when it just opened. After the first cut i was hooked. I cut my hair once a week so i see how staff really grows here. The staff is extremely polite, friendly and really take pride in their art. I met Edgar (the owner) and immediately became a good friend. Has always welcomed me with a hug and a brief convo on how things are going. As time went by i got to meet his dad and sister as well. Great people! The staff here are badass!!! I've had the opportunity to get faded by Edgar, Diana, Alonzo, Cassie, Marcos, Max, Rick and Karla. We've had some conversations but i honestly fall asleep when i hear the buzz from the clippers, lol. The staff has also sang happy birthday to me on my birthday!
