And I would also say that when I contacted you that I informed you about possible urine smells and stains either on my carpet or my mattress from my dog. It wasn't until you all returned that you then decided to use the UV light which you should have done the first time y'all came out to pin point the areas. But, the guy we got, Pete, was very thorough. He checked things that no one had cleaned before (and I actually had not even thought of to check).
