I have used this company for close to two years now. I have consistently had excellent service. From the office staff to my cleaning crew. I especially appreciate their willingness to work with me in terms of day of service, arrival time, etc. My cleaning crew does an excellent job taking care of my home. If something is not up to my expectations, the issue is addressed and is not a problem at the next cleaning. Unlike previous companies, I truly appreciate their willingness fact that there has been minimal turnover in terms of cleaning crew members. Beware-Horrible and unprofessional management. The cleaning crew shattered a glass shower door during a deep clean and management refused to cover the cost of damage. Marnie, the owner, went further and began accusing us of having caused the damage and neglected to take responsibility of her staffs damage and loss to our home, see attached emails we received from management. Marnie also billed us for the entirety of the deep cleaning and offered no financial assistance or discount of any kind after having broken our glass shower door. We immediately fired the company and are now happily working with someone else. Please also keep in mind that the company gives clients discounts for leaving good online reviews. read more

Poor customer service We used 2 maids and a mop for a couple months and were very unimpressed and underwhelmed. Let's start with Marnie Hammel she schedules the cleans but doesn't give you a time until the day before which should've been a sign of their inconsistency. The cleaners are not held to the same standards. Our first cleaning was so bad when we complained they sent someone to inspect and when the inspector came they couldn't believe how much was not done. They then said they would send the second team every time to keep our standards the did not happen and the quality of work went down every time afterwards. I would not recommend this service unless it is a 1 time service so that they don't get lazy once they have your business. read more

If i could give negative stars I would. We have a newly remolded townhouse. I hired this company to clean. They insisted we required an initial deep clean to begin regular service. I consented. Their deep clean was nothing more than regular service, and they missed many common elements such as dusting baseboards or cleaning inside the microwave or completely cleaning the counters in the coffee nook, leaving coffee remnants. When i complained, I was assured the next clean would Make up for the inadequate deep clean. So I patiently waited and the next regular clean rolled around. Well, their team didn't mop the floors, semi casually dusted, missed the microwave and drain again, lied about mopping the floors, half cleaned our bathroom mirrors... i could go on and on. Not to mention not replacing the toilet paper and not taking away the trash, but shoving it in our recycle receptacle. So I wasn't even going to say anything, but the company emailed me asking how the service went. So I explained our disappointment and dissatisfaction. To my dismay their reply was to accuse us of having too high expectations and that if we wanted better service to PAY more! That her team rushed and didn't have enough time to clean! What! I reminded them of the failed "deep clean" that I paid $250 for... for what I would Love to know.... So We went back on our ring camera and saw the team move slowly through the home, barely putting effort in and no evidence of mopping (what is part of their default service)... i would Love to know what they claim to have spent all their time on. While our home is already clean, We hired the service for their advertised attention to detail and specifics such as mop the floors and clean the counters and drains...And when i pointed this out, she replied they would Come again to mop, and that they would no longer service our home. I am beyond appalled, do not hire this team, they are lazy, inefficient and when you call them on their lack of attention to detail or even basic elements of cleaning they lie and then scam to claim you need to pay more. Amazing! Two Maids and a Mop exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was a breeze, and the overall cost seemed reasonable. The two ladies arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. We requested the premium service, and they did not disappoint. The house was thoroughly cleaned in 90 minutes. They cleaned spots that other services routinely miss. Very disappointed with the deep clean service. They were in my house for 3 hours, however even the most basic things (like corners of stairs, countertops, appliances) were not touched. Attached are photos of my mom's house AFTER the cleaners came. I did reach out to the company and they offered to send people out again, however I had already went ahead and cleaned a lot of the areas as this was a Christmas gift to my mom. My mom is elderly and has poor mobility, and it took quite a bit of planning to make sure she was out of the house (per her request) during the clean. Would have appreciated an offer for a partial refund, as I spent way too much for people to mop the floors and barely run a vacuum. When I reached out to request this, the company responded with saying that they do not offer refunds, only for people to come out again. They also brought up how I did an inspection after the fact and tipped the cleaners prior to leaving. While I did do a very quick inspection, I was trying to give the cleaners the benefit of the doubt for the few things I noticed that they had missed prior to leaving. Therefore I tipped, as it was the courteous thing to do. However, as the rest of the day went on, my mom and I both noticed more and more missed places that would have been disappointing to have been missed with a regular cleaning service, and especially with the "deep clean" we supposedly had done. read more

I had a great experience with these folks today. I have guests coming tomorrow, looked around yesterday and realized I was in way over my head to get things clean after so many months of working at home. I called and three magical ladies showed up this morning with all the tools and cleaners they needed. I explained my biggest concerns in each room and they dove in and took care of everything - including a lot of dusting! They were done so much faster than I could have done it myself, and it's kind of nice to look at sparkling countertops and just be able to enjoy them. One of the employees who arrive did not speak English , so the other employee spent a good amount of time translating for her. I hired them to perform a deep cleaning and so many items were not cleaned, or poorly cleaned. There was a miscommunication between the owner and the employees over the service requested. The house is spotless; however, I will not be able to invite this team back into my home. I had a small chocolate sitting in a dish. I was saving it for later, so I immediately noticed when it was gone. I asked the team about it and one team member said that she ate it because she was hungry. It was a small piece of chocolate and in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal. However, the compulsion to eat the piece of chocolate, without asking, assuming it was hers for the taking, is the same compulsion that leads to larger thefts. Given the pay for performance model of the business the cleaning teams take considerable pride in a job well done. The team assigned to our house was fantastic, incredibly punctual, very friendly and great with the dog (important). The two ladies seemed to have quite a system between each other affording them terrific efficiency while also maintaining a high level of thoroughness (key!). They left no spot untouched even lifting up carpets to dust and vacuum underneath which I have never seen another do and offers an even higher level of detail when you have a dog. Professional & thorough, they started off by asking me if there were trouble spots I wanted them to address in addition to the routine cleaning & then they told me how they planned to tackle my house.
