Instructions were given on where the key would be and where to place it, those directions didn't get followed and then they said I didn't give them key instructions. The basement wasn't cleaned due to them being worried about the dog. They claimed they couldn't find the light switch. The light switch is at the top of the steps and there's another set at the bottom. Dog was secured in the crate the entire time. Not once did anyone call and ask about the light switch, they didn't ask if it was safe to go downstairs and instead of just saying they messed up, they wanted to argue. In addition to that, there is a light right at the basement door before you open it, had they turns it on, they would've seen the switch ‍. My gut tells me they forgot or kissy didn't want to do it. It's terrible service, they did a very basic job and I do not recommend ever. ‍

I hired this company specifically for a post-construction cleaning, and before booking I asked multiple times if they were experienced with post-construction cleaning. I specifically explained that I expected the ceilings, walls, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, inside and outside of cabinets, shelves, bathrooms, and all surfaces to be thoroughly dusted and cleaned because construction dust gets everywhere. They assured me they knew exactly what a proper post-construction cleaning involved. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. When they finished, it looked like many areas had never been touched. Construction dust was still covering window tracks and sills, shelves, mirrors, bathroom fixtures, countertops, shower walls, tubs, toilets, inside and outside of cabinets, and even decorative fixtures. There was still debris left on the floors, dust around plumbing fixtures, and residue throughout the bathrooms. The fine construction dust that I specifically hired them to remove was still everywhere. When I contacted the company, I expected them to make things right. Instead, the manager became argumentative, raised his voice at me, accused me of trying to take advantage of the situation, and refused to provide any refund. That level of customer service was just as disappointing as the cleaning itself. At that point, I had completely lost trust in the company. Although they offered to come back, I politely declined because I no longer had confidence that they would do the job properly, and I didn't want to waste any more of my time. I ended up starting the cleaning myself and now have to hire another company next week to finish the job correctly. We were planning to move into our home immediately because we have an upcoming trip, but instead I lost my entire morning dealing with this and still wasn't able to move in. I paid a premium expecting my home to be move-in ready after construction, but instead I was left with more work, more expenses, and a great deal of frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for post-construction cleaning. The quality of the work and the way my concerns were handled were both extremely unprofessional.

Sorry...but my experience was much different than the other reviews. Maybe it was just the crew I got but they left a LOT to be desired (and cleaned !!) I wanted to stay out of their way so I went out and ran some errands. When I returned about 90 minutes later they said they were just finishing up. One of the ladies walked me around a few places and showed me the work she had done (primarily in the living room and back bedroom). I could also tell they had cleaned the kitchen area and stove. What I saw looked fine and I made the mistake of assuming that the rest of the place had received the same amount of attention...boy was I wrong. Apparently the lady showed me the only places they did pay any attention to. After they left I found many places that had not been dusted at all (primarily picture frames on walls and objects that were on shelves). What really got to me was that I also found several areas where they had basically wiped down the front "easy to reach" places on shelves but made absolutely no effort to pick up items and dust under them, or even dust between items....just a quick swipe along the front of the shelf and that was it. I also found the guest bathroom mirror was wiped down, but that streaks remained all over the mirror (almost like they had used dirty water or something to clean it). In addition, the master bath shower door looked like had been sprayed with some kind of cleaning solution but no effort had been made to clean it off of the parts of the door that were close to the floor. One whole corner of the master bedroom wasn't touched. Admittedly I had 5 or 6 rolled up posters in the corner and I did not move them out of the way. I guess I just expected that they would be moved by the crew.....but there were no instructions or guidelines provided to me prior to the crew getting there that I needed to move any objects that were in the way of areas I would like to have cleaned. Yes...I can be faulted for not looking at everything in fine detail before the cleaning crew left. I made the bad assumption that my whole place was cleaned as well as the areas I was specifically shown. Lesson learned.
