The company knows that it is supposed to come pick up this dumpster, but for whatever reason they haven't done it. It is stinky, unsightly, and taking up precious parking spaces. I called the company to figure out what's going on and they said they haven't been able to pick up the dumpster because there's not enough empty space around it to retrieve it. Seriously? If you managed to park it here, then you should be able to pick it up. This is the city, where people park on the street. If you cannot pick up a dumpster that's parked in the middle of a block then don't park a dumpster in the middle of a block. Or better yet, stick to jobs in the suburbs. Hopefully the City doesn't continue to use this company for street cleaning jobs.

My second experience was again...awesome! To prepare a foundation for a new pre-fab shed, three yards of gravel was required. The gravel is crushed limestone screening weighing approximately 8200 pounds. The gravel was hauled 100 feet from the driveway to the rear of the lot. TJ and James demolished the gravel pile in two hours ten minutes. Although the temperature was 92 in the shade, all the work was completed under the sun, with no cloud cover, and high humidity. TJ takes safety very seriously. To minimize the amount of time in adverse conditions, they worked smart and with a sense of urgency. Provided addresses for pickup and confirmed they accepted credit card. I also told them to let me know if they needed anything. No texts after that, assuming everything was good. For pickup day, still no response. No confirmation. Waited the allotted time just to make sure the 8-10 was not for arrival time. Not sure if it was just not scheduled or just a missed appointment, but they ended up not coming. So I texted them back saying I will go to a different service.
