Not a great first-time experience…read more This location is in a high-traffic area with a tricky setup -- getting in and out is inconvenient due to poor zoning and layout. I stopped by for a quick air check, but the line was surprisingly long with only one station available, so plan on waiting. It took me 30 minutes just to get my tire checked. A gentleman (whose name started with "L") found a nail in my tire and said it could be fixed, but it would take an hour. I decided to stay. Inside, I waited another 15 minutes just to get checked in. Miguel re-checked my car, added me in as a walk-in, and also recommended replacing my windshield wipers. I agreed. An hour passed, and my car still hadn't been touched. I stood in line again to ask for an update -- things were chaotic. The system showed my car hadn't even entered the queue, and to make matters worse, they couldn't locate my keys. Apparently, several people were quoted incorrect wait times. The lack of communication between the front desk and service team was obvious and frustrating. Even though dissatisfied my car ended up getting serviced and everything was properly fixed. I won't go back to this location because it seems everything is unorganized. I called corporate to share my experience because this location needs some help in coordination and service.
