No clue how this place only has 2.5 stars, maybe it changed owners? I had a busted tire they didn't have in stock and they drove to go pick one up immediately to get me on the road again. What should have ruined my weekend was like a 1 hour inconvenience. Everyone there I interacted with was friendly, and they have a cool waiting room with water and soda. They even gave me tips on how to recover money from the manufacture of my car since the car was so new when the tire blew. read more

Horrible customer service and unprofessional. The guy that supposedly does the work (Luis) has a crappy attitude. The lady (Rosie)that works inside seem to try but she doesn't know crap. Would not recommend this place at all for tires or a lift. Haha and their alignment, which they advertise so much is a joke. Where do I begin with this experience? The good: Abraham. He definitely is a smart young man and works very hard, I respect that. The bad: Almost the rest of my entire experience. I have a 2018 Titan that I brought in to be leveled and put aftermarket tires and rims on. After picking out the tires and rims that I wanted to use on my truck and started to move forward with the purchase, I was made aware that they charge a $500 additional fee for using their financing options. This was only discussed in Spanish (which I don't speak Spanish) between the guys working there and I was only able to catch it when it was on my paperwork and I was about to pay. This should have been a red light for me and I should have left at that moment. That is bad on me. Moving forward: after leaving with my truck once they finished the tires, rims and level kit, I noticed an extreme shake in the front end which it did not have before. I called in and told Abraham that I had a bad tire or my tires weren't balanced. Abraham was more than helpful and asked me to bring it back in. After leaving it with them again, I was told they verified everything and re-calibrated their machine and my truck was good "now". I left with my truck to go home. That weekend, I was finally able to get on the interstate and now my truck was shaking in the rear end extremely bad. Once again, I called in and said my tires weren't balanced or I had a bad tire. Abraham had me bring it back which I did. This time one of the service techs road with me. Their diagnosis was "all lifted trucks shake, ride bad and that is how my truck is going to ride now". I literally thought I ruined my truck and was going to pay to have everything taken back off and put it back stock. Something told me to call another tire shop and take it in to be checked somewhere else. Once there, they confirmed and had me witness them take my tires off, road force balance and check them from the beginning. All of my tires were out of balance and failed the road force test. I watched it with my own eyes. All the tires were able to be balanced and pass the road force balance except for one. That one tire is barely failing the road force test and I am now forced to either deal with it or buy a new tire (from somewhere else because the shop that fixed my truck doesn't sell the type of tire I now have) because I was sold a bad tire. I would rather pay the money to buy a new tire versus having to go back and use the "insurance" that my tires are supposed to have. Lastly, I can say this, my truck rides a 100 times better, doesn't shake and I was 100% correct that my tires were not balanced or I possibly had a bad tire. Do what you want with this information, but this was my experience over the last 2 weeks of dealing with this. See pics! read more

Awfully. Best way to describe. Got a lift for my truck, everything seem good till my tires started wearing bad. Took it to luis and he then tells me I needed new shocks. I guess they did t come with my lift. I wish he would have recommended I change them when I got the lift. I had them replace the shocks and had to purchase new front tiers. Another $700 I was not counting on. They could not alight my new tiers so I had to go to Firestone where they told me the shocks were not the problem. The original alignment was the whole problem. Plus they had left the antilock sensor cables loose and caused another problem with my truck. When I called luis at Hernandes and told him he what Firestone tech told me was super rude and I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor and he's answer was it makes no diferente to him who I talked to. I don't know other people at Hernandes but unfortunately if this is the kind of people they hire they must not care for customer services. I hate that for deciding to Suport small shops this is what I got. read more

Stay away from these con artists they do not warranty any of their defective products. I bought 4 brand new tires from them and within 1 month all 4 tires split on the sidewall. When I went back to them to show them what had happened to the tires, their excuse was that there was not enough air in the tires duh the tires all had splits on them. They would not warranty the tires and told me that they were my problem now. I also wrote this review of them a couple of months ago and somehow they had the review taken off of yelp hmmm very interesting, seems to me that someone that would go as far as getting a review of them taken off of yelp must have a lot to hide. STARY AWAY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! They do not warranty any of their tires and if there is a manufacture defect they will blame you as being responsible. 3 of my 4 tires all got cracks on the sidewall of the tires as if the tire was going to peel off like a banana. You are better off going to Discount Tire they may cost a little more but at least they warranty their products. read more

Worst tire shop ever! They stripped my wheel lock key and told me they couldn't do nothing about it but that I needed to tow my car out of their way to do other work for customers. I had To drive my car on a tread and rim to the lot next door. I took an Uber to the next day to my car when I came to my senses and told them they needed to get my tire off after all they stripped my wheel lock key that I cannot get at even my dealer because they are customized to each lug set!! A whole nother worker who helped me the next day did manage to take the lugs off but not the wheel lock he eventually got it off and charged me 55$ on top of the 45$ tire! unexperienced and unprofessional. never again! read more

No common sense and the ass whip that i spoke with over the phone by the name of Luis hung up on me....So, about a week ago I had taken my truck to have spacers put on all four wheels and the guys at the location removed all four of my wheels before realizing that those spacers did not fit my truck. They placed the tires back on and told me to call back on Tuesday of the following week that they would reorder and have the correct spacers then. Not realizing I left the shop without checking my wheels for any kind of damage. Well I guess I should have because a few days later my husband noticed that one of my bolts was missing a lug nut and the bolt was stripped. He also saw that the other lug nut on the same tire was missing its cover and that lug nuy also looked stripped...Ugh...when I called I spoke to a person by the name of Luis that I believe was the manager since I asked to speak to one and once he got on the phone I started to explain what was wrong and he hing up on me. First of all what kind of customer service is that hanging up on someone. Second when I called back he told me to bring in the truck. I took the truck to show him and to see what they can do to remedy this situation since this was their fault and not mine. Once I got to the place the young kid at the counter stated that Luis was not there and he would be back in 10 minute, I asked him if there was any other manager on site and he said no. I told the kid that I would wait for Luis to come back and stepped out side. Once outside out of nowhere this man that calls himself Luis came out. I explained to him once again the situation and showed him the tire and all that fucking ass did was laugh and say why didn't you bringing it back that same day and that he doesn't know if they did it but you fuckin remember the truck and the situation of that day regarding the spacers...Really fool your the only other place that has touched this vehicle since I have gotten it other than the dealership... NO STARS. I am stuck in Mobile, Alabama because the new tires I bought from you are NOT NEW. 1 of them blew while I was driving on a busy bridge. I had to stay 2 nights in a city I did not plan on stopping in to wait for a new tire because it was Sunday.
