The other decided to ghost me when I asked to confirm their license number before giving them my address. Both overquoted me. I found Luis on Yelp and third time was the charm. The website was well-maintained and their license number was active so I decided to fill-out the form and hope I got a response. A few hours later, I got a text from Luis to schedule a time to come by for a free estimate. He was so professional, advised me of potential damage to our sprinkler system, and quoted me a super reasonable price for the tree removal and stump grinding - actually several hundred dollars less than the previous quotes I got. Luis and his crew arrived on time the following week. They were so fast, did an exquisite job removing the tree, and the stump grinding was flawless. Got a quote we shook hands and his crew was at my property at 7:30am for a work start at 8am. I consider his quote to be fair. The equipment alone a huge bucket truck to reach at least 50' high and a shredder that handled 6 - 8 " limbs probably could handle even larger ones that I had. This crew knew what they were doing. He text me within 20 minutes and said he could come on Saturday afternoon to look at the job. He arrived on time and was very nice and professional.
