Went to get a key fob programmed. Had an appointment and was told it would take about an hour. Two hours in they asked if the key I gave them was the only other key I had and they were about to start. Took three hours for a one hour appointment. Just garbage experience. Poor Service Summary: I made an appointment and was told approximately 2 hours, so I said I would wait. After 2.5 hours I went into the service office to check the status and was told that they were still finishing the first part, which should have taken an hour or less. My advisor never contacted me regarding any delays, even though they have a text messaging system that they used yesterday during my oil change. The person identified as the assistant manager attempted to explain to me that scheduling work was difficult "because sometimes there are delays that back up the process". My response is that is why appointments are made, and if there was a major delay affecting my work why wasn't I informed when I brought my car in? Or why didn't the service advisor come find me to let me know they were backed up? All I got was "we will check". Yesterday when I was here for an oil change I overheard another customer complaining to his friend (who works in parts) that after he had his oil changed he drove off and "his dash lit up like a Xmas tree" so he came back. His service advisor was eating lunch and said "don't bug me - I'm on lunch". He was quite irate and shortly had a visit from the manager trying to calm things down. Apparently lack of customer service seems to be a trend here. I went inside looking for the GM and or service managers and no one is available. After waiting another 40 minutes my car is complete. Herndon service team is a glorified Jiffy ! I would strongly not recommend buying a car from Herndon! I purchased a high country Tahoe still within the factory warranty, I also purchased the extra extended warranty just for extra coverage! After a year still within factory coverage I began to have electrical issues with the truck. Scheduled an appointment dropped it off it took a week and a half to even look at it, just for them to decide it was a bad brand new week old battery.... which it wasn't! I told them at drop off it had just been replaced.... week 3 they come up with it was a problem with back hatch ok great let's get that fixed! Send it home it's still dying.... wait a week for another appointment drop it off for them to call me 2 days later to tell me the battery was bad... okay so they sent it home without checking to make sure the part they replaced was the actual problem and nothing else was draining the truck. So yes ma'am bad battery but we will put a new one in and u can pick up. Absolutely not I told them again I just bought that battery and while draining it over and over might have made it go bad it was still a brand new one with it's own battery warranty I'll handle that once yall find the reason of my truck dying! Well long story short they ended up calling at the end of the week saying they couldn't fix the issue on a truck bought from them still under factory warranty! And still tried to charge me for a battery that didn't need to be replaced from the beginning! There was weird other issues that could have helped them figure out the problem like sometimes my steps wouldn't deploy when the door opened and the back ac would stop working randomly and only blew hot air that was also told to them multiple times and never looked at or fixed. Highly highly unsatisfied! Called GM and was told in situations like this the service team is to request a certified gm mechanic to look at the car which as far as I know was never done! They just didn't want to waste the time or lacked the knowledge. In my opinion they are a glorified jiffy Lube. Really sucks for them because of this whole situation while in Charleston I found another dealership and was so appreciative of their customer service me and my husband bought two 2025 vehicles. I feel completely comfortable knowing the dealership i purchased a brand new high country traverse and 2500 trail boss is completely willing and capable of making sure its customers are looked after even after they make a sale! read more

I'd have given a ZERO star review if Yelp would allow it, but they don't. So, Herndon gets one star for wasting my time and bringing a bad taste to using the Kelly Blue Book - Instant Cash Offer to sell a dealership your used vehicle. Long story short, I was looking to sell my vehicle in order to purchase a limited production vehicle I located for sale privately out of state. Rather than deal with individuals and tire kickers, I tried the Kelly Blue Book - Instant Cash Offer feature on KBB.com. The instant cash offer was a fair value that I was not completely turned off by, so I was hopeful this was a good tool. Shortly after getting my instant cash offer value online, I was contacted by three local dealerships who received my info from KBB. Herndon was the closest to where we lived, so it was the first dealership we went into with the vehicle. Upon pulling into the lot, a lady sales representative came out to greet us, before we even got out of our vehicle. I'm sorry I can't remember her name at this time. That's how not memorable this experience was. We told her that we were contacted by the dealership about our KBB.com instant cash offer submission and we were there to follow up. The sales rep brought us inside and to her desk. Sadly, the sales rep didn't, and she didn't seem interested in helping us. While she went through the motions so to speak, it came across as very disingenuous. I'm not sure if the people at Herndon realize they are not the only Chevy dealership in the area, nor are they the only KBB instant cash offer dealer in the area. While going to Herndon Chevy was a waste of our time it was a blessing in disguise. Because there was no real effort made to earn our business or seriously consider the KBB instant cash offer that brought us in the door at Herndon, it drove us to go to the next dealership. Their used car warranty is worthless. We had narrowed our used car search down to 2 cars and went with the one at Herndon because of the warranty. The check engine light came on and we took it to them to have it checked out. They told us to take it to an Audi dealer or Audi mechanic to be checked out. We did and the car was down 2 quarts of oil and has an oil leak. Herndon then told US to have the mechanic call their warranty company only for the warranty company to tell us an oil leak wasn't covered. After multiple calls to Herndon because the sales managers didn't have the spine to call us back when they said they would, one of the manages said that "this was obviously something they missed" but they would not fix it. They wouldn't spend the $1200 to honor their warranty and fix the car, but they did offer us a trade for trade on any similar used car on their lot. Don't buy anything from this dealership. Their customer service is horrible, their management doesn't have the common courtesy or respect to speak directly with a customer when there is a problem, and they don't honor their used car warranty. read more

I really don't know where to start!!! I've been holding off on writing this review in fear of them doing something to my vehicle but at this point, I really couldn't care less. Dropped my 2021 Silverado 2500HD off at this dealership 30 July 2024, today is the 18th of January 2025 and I still don't have my truck back!!!!!!!!! While I understand that there has been a Nationwide backlog on transmission valve bodies and the dealership can't magically make one themselves, I expected to at least get a phone call every so often to let me know the status of things. I've made that clear during the multiple trips I've made to the dealership. I go to the dealership, because if I call, they just transfer to a number that just rings and no one EVER answers! Got tired of dealing with not getting any information or updates from this dealership, so I contacted GM directly. GM has been very helpful and called me directly and told me that my valve body had been delivered to Herdon that morning on the 13th of December which was a Friday. I never received any updates from Herdon. I waited until after 5p.m. and made another trip to Herdon to ask them of the status of my valve body. It was only then that they realized they had my valve body!!! (Reminder, that was the 13th of December, today is the 18th of January!!!!) I was then told the Tech's wife had just given birth and it will be a couple of days!!! Christmas came and went, New Years came and went, still no call from Herndon on the status of my vehicle!!! Finally on the 7th of January I received a call and I quote, "we have good news and we have bad news. The good news is, we have repaired your transmission, the bad news is when we went to pull your vehicle in the shop, we realized that your catalytic converter has been stolen off our lot." I was then informed that they do have them in stock, but they had to wait for approval from God knows who, (I assume their insurance company) to make repairs to my catalytic converter, but I might need to claim that on my insurance!!!!!!! Drove to the dealership to look at the damage myself and had to go inside and ask them to send someone out to close my back sliding window! That was the 7th of January and I just got back from that dealership 18th of January and my truck is still sitting in the exact same place and they haven't done a thing to it!!!!! 30 July to 18th of January and still not end in sight!!! THIS POST IS 1000% ACCURATE!!! 27 January 2025 ***UPDATE*** On the 22nd of January (Wed), the service manager called and stated that they (Herndon) had finally received authorization from their insurance to replace my catalytic converter and my truck would be ready in a day or so. I waited until Friday and since I hadn't heard anything from them, I drove to the dealership. My truck was still in the exact same place, out in the parking lot, not in a bay. I went inside and asked what was going on and was told that they still needed to reprogram the computer and check my fluids. (Don't know how that was going to happen sitting in the parking lot!!!!) I was told that I would be able to get my truck before close of business. Well I did receive a call, a call to inform me that they were still having problems with my transmission!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So still no end in sight!!! Update*** 27 January *** Got my vehicle towed to a different dealership! Tired of the piss poor service at this location! As you can see, the dealership acknowledged my review! I was happy when I first purchased my vehicle, our sales person was amazing... Too the point I purchased mine then a week later we came back and my boyfriend purchased a truck. Between the two of us, almost 90k worth of sales within a week. That's a lot of money for some families. Now the tides have turned. Dealing with the service department has been completely different. From someone that has been in the service industry as many years as I have, I normally don't do these kind of reviews, due to the way it can affect a business. In this case, I have unfortunately been left with no choice. My vehicle has been in for repairs for the same issue with my radio/ camera more than 7 times, but only 7 times have been documented. The service department has left the repair orders open each time and changed the in and out mileage so this way it does not give me accurate information to give to gm when trying to acquire a buy back which I was just denied for. If I try to trade my car as anywhere else other than here, they will lowball me so much that I will be so upside down I will be forced to come back to Herndon. Though, the service manager spoke down to me and didn't even bat an eye When I told him that Cody lied about tire warranty or cussed at me on the phone. I just hate that we have spent so much time and effort here, and now we are stuck. The sad thing is, I have helped them with so many of their own problematic customers, just to see this is how Angel and Lawton really do treat their customers. Herndon knows this is A lemon, I did everything by the book. It was reported at 9200 miles, they have had more than the required 3 attempts to fix it, but I even have a text from an advisor that it is not fixable, went home after the last "fix" and my backup camera was frozen while I was driving straight for 4 minutes. But this is not unsafe, this doesn't qualify for a buyback, but they will trade me out.. why? So you can sell the defect to someone else? Why are you doing business this way? Will it take me going to the Attorney General's office next? The news? I don't want to do all of this, I just want to make this right! read more

The experience with this dealership was the worst experience I had in over 50 years of purchasing cars. I was intentionally deceived and information was misrepresented and I never received credit for a $3000 Costco Auto Buyer program coupon. The facts are as follows: Original Manufacturer's Price (new car zero miles) from sticker found in car $40,720.00 Price quoted in an email to me on July 28, 2021 (car now has 2014 miles) $29,821.00 Difference is almost $11k in incentives/discounts applied required by GM. This price was communicated BEFORE anyone at the dealership knew anything about my status as a Costco member or Costco coupon. I was transferred to Sales Manager Chris Segura who had authority to approve an online purchase. I supplied Chris with my driver's license and FL insurance information to cover the vehicle. I wired the funds for the entire purchase price in the amount Chris Segura calculated was due for purchase price of $29,821, less Costco coupon of $3000, plus Florida sales tax, plus Florida license tags, registration, and government fees. Total amount wired by me into the dealership's bank acon August 2 was $33,245.08. No paperwork was provided by Chris Segura or the dealership to me to show how the amount to be wired was calculated. FRAUDULENT PAPERWORK PRESENTED TO ME ON AUGUST 14, 2021 when I arrived to pick up the car. The car was filthy, infested with ants, and had missing equipment. "Selling Price" is fraudulently listed in a document entitled "New Vehicle Record of Purchase" as $42,219.73. This amount is a totally fictional figure created by the dealership. It is $1499.73 HIGHER than the original manufacturer's price for a vehicle that is nearly a year old and now has 2014 miles on it. An additional $20 for unspecified "fees" is then added, along with a "closing fee" of $398 that was never disclosed to me or agreed to, for a grand total "selling price" of $42,637.73, $1917.73 higher than the original manufacturer's price for the vehicle when it was first delivered to the dealership nearly a year ago. $42637.73 minus $12,000 in reductions reflected on the "new vehicle record of purchase" totals $30,637.73 - $816.73 more than the sales price quoted to me on July 28. This price clearly does NOT reflect the $3000 Costco coupon, meaning I never got credit for the Costco coupon AND I was charged $816.73 more than the agreed-upon price of $29,821.00. There is absolutely no way any of these figures can be reconciled with the $29,821.00 price I was quoted, a price that was supposed to have been reduced by the $3000 Costco coupon I presented to Chris Segura. The dealership also artificially inflated the Florida sales tax by almost $1000. The amount actually sent to Florida by Herndon Chevrolet for Florida sales tax was $1734.54. I was charged $2607.35. When I complained to the Costco Auto Buying program the dealership told Costco they added on a $3000 "surcharge premium" for dealing with an out-of-state buyer. This "surcharge" was never disclosed to me, never discussed with me, and in fact, was just a way for the dealership to keep the $3000 Costco rebate that was due to me. read more

I had previous issues with this dealership, Finance guy trying to add 3-4 k in the paperwork, car not being actually "Certified" as advertise, things that would have been corrected if truly "Certified" but low and behold, just discovered spare tire and tools missing. Well after the visit that ended in damaged rims from work the service tech did Herndon Chevrolet had alloy wheel repair come out and repair the damaged rims. Picked up the vehicle today and rims look good. I hope the clear coat doesn't start pealing down the road. I have dealt with Marcus and will only deal with him from now on. I know it's not the service writer causing the damage but Marcus has always done a great job and have never had an issue. I'm giving them 5 stars right now because they repaired the rims and gave me a vehicle to drive while it was being repaired. read more

I came in this weekend with a concern: after making an appt online I got an email asking to reschedule to the next weekend. With each request I had requested if you could do service on a Saturday. Upon arrival I was told they techs were taking care of jobs leftover from the week.... and there for out of towners ( I like in Richland County - so officially out of town). My bank has notified me that the Dealership still has not given them the title, and that my interest rate will be going up to 15% until they receive it. While we were waiting for Herndon Cheverolet to "look into the events I detailed" on my last review (nobody bothered to contact us while looking into it), we went with another company who fixed the problem that occurred with my car on the Herndon Cheverolet lot for literally 1/10 of the estimate they gave us. My husband and I are new to town and took my car to Herndon Cheverolet to replace the blower motor in my ac that was going out. When we drove the car onto the lot, that was the only issue the car had. When we went to pick it up 4 days later, my car had an unbearable stench like something had died in it. My husband called, and nobody had noticed anything while working on it because apparently the person who worked on it lost his sense of smell (the only guy at the service dept who can't smell somehow was chosen to work on a car that gained an awful smell while in their care?! What a crazy coincidence!). We took the car back up and they did a cursory check and didn't find anything, but for $3800-$3900 more, they'd take a better look. Directly after recieving the quote, a salesperson approached my husband and tried to sell him a new car though. (Quite the sales tactic, making a car undrivable, overcharging to fix it, and then offering the easy solution of just getting a whole new car!) We then took my car to Abbott's Auto Care, and in less than 24 hours they located and removed the dead rodent for $395 (a far cry from $3900). We're still out almost $400 for choosing Herndon Cheverolet for the blower motor, and a reputable business would have fixed the issue that happened while in their care at no extra cost, but after reading the other reviews on Herndon Cheverolet Service Dept (which we should have done before hiring them), it appears that they aren't a reputable business. I would, however, recommend Abbott Auto Care for repairs and cleaning up after other service centers (for a fraction of the cost!). read more

I have a Hybrid which lost a lot of power, the display on the dash indicated "Hybrid System Requires Service". I drove it to the dealership and after several days, received a call that the car was fixed, somewhere in the neighborhood of $3100. I drove the car off the lot and drove it for several more days when the air conditioner stopped and the "Service Hybrid System" display came back on. I drove it back to the dealership and told them that when I brought the car in, the air conditioner worked fine but whatever they did to the car, caused the air conditioner to quit....and the Hybrid display on the dash had reappeared. After several days, they told me they were unable to repair the vehicle and when my husband and I went to get it, we called to let them know we were on the way. When we got there, the car was undrivable. It was unable to be jump started. I don't know how they drove the car out of the bay into the back lot if it would not start.....and looks like they would have told us that the car wouldn't start before we went to get it, even though I drove it to the dealership. They told me that when they were checking the car, a part broke off of it (he handed the part to my husband). They stated that the car needed an alternator/generator and they weren't able to get one. They told him that if he was able to find that part, they would install it for nothing....weird. Who puts a part on a vehicle for nothing? I think that was the problem all along ....I drove it in, couldn't drive it out and then they put on a part they couldn't find for nothing. After everything is said and done, the car was repaired and is operating well but I'll have to think about EVER going back to them. read more

Waited 3 weeks for an appointment for minor warranty work, which was ok as the issue doesn't prevent use, except when I arrived at 8 AM they asked me to leave my vehicle for 2-3 DAYS. When I said I could not (company vehicle in which I travel 3 states), they declined to honor my appointment saying they couldn't bump 17 people that were in front of me. So they are either incapable of scheduling appointments to match their manpower availability or incapable of communicating what an "appointment" means to them in advance. When you do your financing, pay close attention, don't sign anything unless you fully understand it, because they write in unbelievable things. Also, after we did the documents (which was, in itself, a fiasco), they called and told me they "forgot" to get me to sign the gap docs. Next thing I know, they want me to pay $795.00 on OPTIONAL GAP INSURANCE on a purchase where we put 20% down on the car. (That means, unless I paid WAY too much for a car, my 20% down should cover the gap that could possibly exist if a total loss occurred). It was how they put it though.....they forgot to get me to sign some documents....as if these things were required.....and as if what I was signing wasn't optional, but a necessity created by the lender, or some other thing. Also, this was done by other members of the dealership, not the finance manager who did the original signing of loan documents. I am suspicious that he, by law, might not be allowed to do such underhanded things....but I could be wrong. I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change - WITH an appointment on a very slow Friday afternoon (January 29 @ 1130). 2 hours later - for an oil change at a time where the service department was clearly NOT busy by any means. I attempted several times to get a status update or even get anyone's attention - I basically had to wait for non work related conversation to cease while I stood by before being recognized to speak. Several times it took so long for that to happen that I just walked away. My multipoint inspection sheet was not explained at all - even though there were items marked "immediate attention required". I called shortly after leaving in an attempt to get the information that I should be aware of with my vehicle and was told my a service writer that she (Jessica) would research it and call me within 15 minutes of hanging up with me with the requested information...STILL WAITING for that return call! The next day, after hearing nothing and basically being dismissed, I called to again follow-up. This time I asked to speak to the Service Manger and was told that he was away from his desk - possibly at the front of the dealership. I asked for and was transferred to his voicemail to leave a message with my concerns. I left a very detailed message and times at which I would be available to receive a return call - STILL WAITING for that return call as well! It is an absolute shame that I have yet to hear back from ANYONE regarding my two messages left and frankly, from a sales and customer service standpoint, I was not told/explained what the issues of needed attention was in regards to my multipoint inspection. The areas included were: Engine, Steering, and Fuel...pretty key components. Meanwhile, I have to transport my children in this vehicle that may or may not be safe or reliable...because the "experts" don't care to tell me. Utterly horrible experience across the board - definitely would not recommend this place to others at this point...and honestly, not sure that I will ever return myself. I was happy with my experience at the service department. I was very surprised when my rental car was a brand new, '15, fully loaded Tahoe! Nice! Nathan, the gentleman that helped me, was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me updated on what was going on with my car. He was genuinely sincere and kind. He took the time to explain the mechanical problems to me as well. I felt comfortable with the service and will return the next time my Traverse needs attention. :) read more

So my husband and I were traveling from Charleston to Asheville and decided we needed a new truck. Ours was just not strong enough to pull our trailer so we stopped here because we saw on their website a few trucks we were interested in. I already knew what I wanted to see but there were a few listed that were new with no information I called ahead and spoke to Wanda. She said she would call me back with what they had on the lot and she did. I told her we were coming and she said ask for her manager Jamie Hutto when we got there. When we got there a man came out and I asked for Jamie and he said he was on vacation. I told him what Wanda said and he went back in to check and came back and confirmed that Jamie was Indeed on vacation so now I am wondering why Wanda said ask for him. Does she not know that her manager is on vacation? So this man said he could help me. But he didn't know what was on his lot. He wanted to take me in his office and look on the computer to look at trucks. ??? Can't you just walk the lot and show me? If I wanted to shop on line I would not have gone there! So I told him which one I wanted to see. He was gone for 15 minutes looking for keys. He couldn't find the truck. I am giving them one star because I don't think they wanted to sell me anything. No one seemed knowledgeable about their inventory and no one really wanted to expend any energy to walk the lot. I left. I bought a truck somewhere else. They didn't even try to upsale me into a new truck. I suppose if you don't want to be pressured or have sales people overwhelm you with information about cars and you know exactly what you want, this may fit your needs. My 15 year-old Trailblazer was having problems because of age and high mileage. So, when the temperature light came on when I was near the dealership at 5:15 pm on a Friday afternoon, I quickly pulled in to the dealership. Alex in the service department fit me in right away, and it was going to need a lot of repairs. So, he was very helpful in recommending that I trade the car, for something newer as I had already spent too much in repairs over the years. I spoke with a salesperson, Carter Harmon, who cheerfully stayed late to talk with me about a new/used car purchase. I went back on the following Monday to test drive cars, and bought a 2018 Subaru Forester from him. After signing for it, I noticed a cosmetic problem after the car had been washed. Thinking that I'd have to live with it, I drove home. After a few days, someone suggested that I talk to the used car manager, Ethan. Feeling timid, I went and talked to him. He gladly went out of his way to have the problem fixed. And, he provided a loaner car for a week. In every department, the customer service went above and beyond my expectations. My husband and I stopped by the dealership because we are actually thinking about buying a truck soon. We have been back and forth between ford and chevy so when we stopped by we had specific questions we needed answers to. The salesman who greeted us was professional and pleasant. While I usually don't like these conversations as I feel like buying a car is a chore the salemans was actually very knowlegable regarding the trucks we were interested in and wasn't pushy with making a sale. While we didn't buy a car that day the experience will definitely bring us back if we decided a Chevy is for us. read more

I went in for a quick test drive with no intention of staying or buying same day. The car was fantastic and the salesman and other employees answered all of my questions and were very cnsiderate of my budget and made me feel comfortable having never purchased a new car before. I was looking at multiple vehicles at several types of dealerships and Herndon made me the best deal and the best payment plan. I was able to contact my salesman on his cell phone after purchasing to clarify some other information and he was very helpful. I love my new Chevy! read more

The salesman I worked with was great. But since, the Service Department is really bad. I had a bed liner installed by them, and when it came out of the shop, they had not even screwed in the screws. They were just hanging in a hole in the plastic bed liner. Then the bed liner was warped, and had a large space gap between the bed and the bed liner. They said it would flatten out in the sunshine. Three months later it still had not laid down, so they agreed to put in a new bed liner. When I got it back the bed liner was dirty, so I thought they had not replaced it, but in fact they did. The bed liners were laying outside, and they picked up the top one to put in my truck but since it was outside it was dirty, and they didn't even bother to rinse it off. And of course, the screw came right out of the bed liner....AGAIN they did not screw them in. The last episode with them was they called to schedule maintenance and a recall service and I arranged for Saturday, but then later they call and say they don't do recall work on Saturday, so I rescheduled for a Wednesday. Then I get a call asking if I would like to schedule maintenance and a recall service. I told them I already had an appointment. Apparently they don't talk to each other in that shop. Herndon wants to sell you cars, and they they just don't care about you. read more

ALERT ** They sell your information to a third party phone scrambler service, so if you live out of state it appears that a home area code number is calling you when it is in fact Herndon Chevrolet. And they will call you NUMEROUS times. I visited Herndon Chevrolet on 10/29/16 to look at a 2014 Jeep Patriot that I had seen online. I knew what I was looking for and was really adamant that I did not want to deal with a salesperson hovering over me while I looked. Bill stated that he was the "client relations manager" and not at all a salesman....ya he was a salesman, but didn't like referring to himself as that because that meant he was selling you something. I do not have time for such a load of BS on my Saturday nor do I have patience... Already knowing this place had the Jeep listed above market value, we noticed during the test drive that the blinker was sticky, the windshield was cracked, and the trunk was very scratched up. It was reiterated on numerous occasions that the price had taken into consideration all the "flaws," and Herndon Chevy had no interest in replacing the windshield or negotiating on price. And upon receiving their finance rates, I was done. Not even close to competitive with other dealers in the area. I was told by the "Client Relations Manager" multiple times, not to get hung up on the price. However, when pushed for details about financing/cost he would plead ignorant. When asked why he was even showing us these rates if he knew nothing about them, a manager was brought over. We were then told these rates were based off the past 100 customers, and not on my credit score... The manager then proceeded to bad mouth the competition in the area. After that, he attempted to fish out information about where we had been and what they were offering. When we had enough and politely thanked them for their time and walked out, the "Client Relations Manager" chased us out the door and uncomfortably stood in front of our car, pouting until we drove away. Since then, they have either sold my information to a third party call center or use a phone scrambling technology so my hometown Maryland area code appears to deceptively attempt to get me to answer the phone. This number (301) 298-1680 has called me the following times in 2 days, leaving no voicemail: * 10/29/16 @ 6:33 PM * 10/31/2016 @ 10:06 AM * 10/31/2016 @ 2:21 PM In addition to the phone calls, they also emailed me. I informed them via email that I did not appreciate selling my information, and if I received another call I would write this review. So you can tell customer service is a top priority here as well because that number called again after my request to please cease all contact. I had a great experience at JT's and would recommend going there first for all your car buying needs. read more
