We attended a benefit here and the bartenders at one of the bars were less than friendly, which is a shame in the service industry. We came back again for a birthday event and had a blast. The staff seemed happier to be there than our first go. We bowled ( small bowling alley), played darts and shot some pool. The venue is decent sized and broken up into a restaurant area and what I'll call an entertainment area with bowling, pool tables, stage for band, darts, pop a shot, etc. The food we had was buffet style tacos and pizza all was delicious. My husband and I were very satisfied.

Possibly the worst, most rude service I've ever experienced. The restaurant was not crowded and our party of 8 placed an order for drinks, Apps & dinner. After 25 minutes we did not even get our waters. When one of the women in our party approached the manager asking "what's going on" the manager's reply was "feel free to leave". Surrounded by 5 employees also doing nothing. When questioning her reply her response was to call the police on us and continue to scream. Clearly not cut out to manage anyone. By far the most mis-managed establishment I've ever been in.

Fun place. There was a lot to do - we bowled, played pool and the giant connect 4. The band was a lot of fun, we stayed and danced. Food was delicious too!

Drove past a few times since it opened figure I would check it out. The inside is nice good amount of TVs nice bar area and sitting area with tables and booths. Family friendly for sure. Sat down at the bar my usual go to bartender came up was nice grabbed drinks after a few minutes. The couple next to us asked about what an item was on the menu and the bartender did not know what it was and how to explain it to them. That was a red flag for us. You gotta know your menu and the couple ended up not getting it because the bartender couldn't sell it to them. I Ordered the Camacho nachos "large" size which was not large at all and honestly not worth $16.99. They were good but I could get better bigger nachos cheaper somewhere else. The southwest wrap $12.79 was good they put the sauce in the side which I didn't mind and the chips are a great side. They have other side options for upgrade for $2 or more. The staff were friendly and we would go back to give it another try.

Bowling lanes are not well maintained. I'm not sure if they even use oil. Staff was nice

Here for a daytime event on a Saturday and Sunday. No table service,it's like they don't even care. Great venue but not very good service.

TERRIBLE service! We waited for an hour for food, when the restaurant was EMPTY. This is the second time we have been treated like this. POC

Food was good. Hate that I have to pay to stay for a concert when I ordered food and liquor.

Always loved Hero's West's food. The wings are awesome especially on Wednesdays where they donate money to veterans and are 70 cents each.

Yes for sure. There is never anyone in there so the lot is empty.

For the $20+ pizza I wouldn't recommend. Glad they have options tho for everyone. I remember my boyfriend pizza(cheese/meat normal ) being a little on the burnt side, but it's wood-fire can't complain too much. Service- was ok I only picked up to go so I can't say. Ambiance- was super busy and packed but we did pick up so not a problem.

It's 4:30pm and when I walk in, it's not busy, and I'm asked if I have a reservation. I get it. You're cool and want me to notice. I'm seated in the corner next to a door that I'm assured won't be used while I'm here. (Spoiler alert - it was, in fact, used by patrons and staff alike.) But the menu looks amazing. We start with the toasted focaccia and whipped ricotta with honeycomb. It's good. Not the best I've ever had, but solid. The wood fired pizza is also good, but, again, not great. But solid. We decided not to linger and get drinks or dessert because the restaurant was filling up and it got loud fast. Really loud. Like, I need my check right now loud. Four stars because it was almost great, and I want to go back and try more of the things.

It was decorated super cute for Christmas and it was warm inside with the space heater. Our server was very attentive, prompt and friendly. The food came out quick, hot and tasty! We all ordered different drinks. I ordered the Cranbery Sangria and it was perfect. Definitely reccomend! For appetizers, we got the spinach and artichoke dip with chips and fried ravioli. Both appetizers were delicious! I liked them both so much and can't pick a favorite because they were equally satisfying my taste buds. For our main course, we ordered a traditional thin crust pepperoni pizza and a gluten free sausage pizza. Both pizzas had nice perfectly cooked crispy crust. The gluten free crust was just as good as the traditional crust. The pepperoni was flavorful and had a spicy kick to it, which I enjoyed. The sausage on the gluten free pizza tasted like it was homemade and fantastic! The sauce was a little sweet for my liking but not bad by any means. I just prefer less sweet pizza sauce on my pizza. I would definitely return again whether in their igloo dining in the winter or anytime through the year on their patio or inside. Highly reccomend!
