I was told by an employee named Brandon that it's "policy" for members to only use the membership lane. That would make sense if it didn't directly contribute to congestion, especially when other LUV locations allow members to use the non-membership lane to help ease traffic and keep things flowing efficiently. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed compared to other locations. Hoping management reconsiders this policy because it definitely impacts the customer experience.
