A good option within the Resorts World food court area if you're looking for breakfast-ish foods and/or something sweet. Great açaí bowls!

Look for the BIG ROTATING CAT! I've always wanted to try their desserts here whenever we go to Resorts World, but wish they offered more ice cream selections.. I ordered the waffle ice cream sundae which took about ~8 min to make, and it was the perfect size for two people.

It was late and we were all tired from a long road trip. As soon as we checked in, we went straight to the food court as it promised lots of Asian cuisine. My son saw the dessert stall at the middle of the food court and begged for a shaved ice. I saw people buying bowls of big delicious shaved ice and I caved in. - Strawberry & cream: my son's request and I thought it would be just a regular shaved ice with strawberries but I was wrong! The shaved ice itself was drenched with lots of sweet condensed milk (yum!) The strawberry syrup was sweet with a hint of sour. A perfect scoop of vanilla ice cream made this as my favorite between the two that I ordered. - Ice kacang: I had high hopes for this as I saw the picture. The grass jelly, sweet red beans, vanilla ice cream, and the shaved ice tasted good. However, it was just an average shaved ice for me (nothing spectacular). For $15 shaved ice, it had good portion. We shared 2 desserts between 5 people and we were all feeling full.

As of 12/23/23, this is very much open! We got the Banana Nutella Crepe with vanilla ice cream. Delicious but expensive. The service was good. It's located in Famous Foods in Resorts World. There are projector screens right behind it so we were able to watch NFL games as we were enjoying our dessert!

Sweet Eats is located at the Famous Street Eats in the Resort World Hotel and Casino. Best way to get in and out is if you park in the Self parking garage, and then walk straight up on the designated walkway. And this is located on the south side of the hotel. I know it's not the most convenient way, but it is the best way if you don't valet your car. I was very interested to try their most popular item, the giant Ube Macaroon. Unfortunately it wasn't available at the time we were there. So instead, we opted for the Sticky Rice and Mango. It was very beautifully crafted! Taste wise, it's mediocre. Sorry, but my expectation was much higher. Service was polite and quick. I will definitely return to find out if the item is available and give another try!

The one-stop shop for all dessert items when at Resorts World Las Vegas. They have a number of ice creams, dipped apples, baked goods and desserts, shaved ice, chocolates, and sweets like candies and cotton candy. There is also a variety of little pastries that pull from different kinds of international desserts (ex. mango with sticky rice, but as a pastry). It was a lot of fun to circle around the whole stand because the entire thing is practically a sweets display. Weirdly enough, they're not on the general listings, which can be viewed using the various ordering screens around. Therefore, you can only order THERE. They have physical and digital (via QR) menus that can be found at their counters. They're a bit more in the back (specifically where the Famous Foods Street Eats really opens up) if you're coming in through the back entrance. Would recommend coming through there after utilizing the Resorts World Self Parking garage, then cross Goh Tong Way and follow the round horseshoe road/driveway. Hard to miss, you can see the giant Lucky Cat sculpture they have spinning on the top of the stand from nearly the entire food court. Plenty of seating for parties of all sizes (there are tables that can fit up to 8 people) and there's even a part of the eating area where they occasionally have a DJ as well as projectors to watch the game! The shaved ice was AMAZING, and they layered fillings and condensed milk inside the pile of snow as well as on top. Really appreciate the guy making it as well, he was super generous with everything lol. It was wonderful and their dipped apples (caramel apples but with additional coats, usually chocolate) were great to take home as a late-night snack. Overall, definitely the place I would come visit again if we circle back around to Famous Foods Street Eats

Small pop up in the middle of Resort World's food court. It's clean and the workers are nice. The prices are bit much which is to be expected at a hotel in the middle of Las Vegas. $24 for a banana nutella crepe a la mode, but it satisfied my wife's pregnancy cravings and sweet tooth.

Not bad! This is the only dessert option at the Street Eats food court in Resorts World. They have a lot of American and Asian-inspired desserts. Mango Sticky Rice Bombs, Southeast Asian-styled Shaved Ice, Candied Apples, Tapioca Cups, pre-packaged candy, and more! My friend and I decided to share a regular Hawaiian-styled shaved ice. We were hoping that it'd still come with some sort of toppings since it was $9, but NOPE. Just ice and syrup! Overall, it tasted exactly as I expected. Next time, I'll try the Cendol.

My friends and I were checking out Resorts World. We just ate and wanted something for dessert and this place was the only dessert option. This place was literally in the middle of the food court. There were some customers already ordering and majority were getting the shaved ice dessert. It looked good and we wanted to try ourselves. My friend and I decided to order the kacang shaved ice to share. It has red bean, grenadine, sweet milk, panden jelly, vanilla ice cream, peanuts, sweet corn, grass jelly and rose syrup. The person who took our order made it right in front of us. This thing is huge! I liked the red beans and grass jelly with vanilla ice cream. It was the perfect combo. I thought the sweet corn was a weird mix though. Definitely generous amount that was enough to share between three people and we still had half of it left. The bottom half was just too sweet because of the condense milk and rose syrup going to the bottom.

We got their Coconut Ube Macaron and it was very good! The ube flavor was strong and not subtle like most ube desserts. It wasn't too sweet either. I would definitely get it again if I stop by Resorts World. We also got the Sticky Rice & Mango Bomb which wasn't bad. My cousin enjoyed it. I'm just not a fan of sticky rice desserts. This is located in the middle of the food court. You can't miss it. Plenty of seating there as well. It's a nice place to grab some desserts after your meal.

Located at Resorts World, I was happy to see a place just for dessert. They offer different types of desserts such as shaved used, pastries, and beverages. I ordered the strawberries & cream. I expected fresh strawberries but to my disappointment it was not. I thought the strawberries & cream was too sweet. I think if they used fresh strawberries it would have been perfect. also, they sprinkled a shortbread like crumble, which unfortunately tasted stale... I was really disappointed. *** 5 stars for customer service *** Not much to say about this place. I'll give them Another chance in the future. I'll order a pastry next time. Cheers!!

Cendol shaved ice - 5/5 ~$17 This was delicious and huge. And I cannot say you get huge portions for a decent price often in Vegas. Toppings were delicious. Was so fun to eat. The worker who made this took her time and made it with so much care. After a few layers of shaved ice she would put more sauces and toppings to ensure everything was throughly distributed throughout the shaved ice, rather than just sitting on top. Delicious and I am coming back tonight. I split it with one person but you can definitely split between 3-4.

The ladies working were friendly and the service was fast. We got 2 scoops of ice cream for $7. They have a variety of other sweet treats!

The matcha parfait was good with a nice creamy texture and flavoring. However, I have one complaint. When coming with two others where we are lactose sensitive and with one having an allergy to oats, they wanted to try the matcha latte's and we asked if they can make with almond milk . The female worker said they don't have almond milk and only do oat or whole milk which was odd, and I asked again to confirm and was told no. They ended up having to do whole milk despite being lactose intolerant and was bothered. I look through here from comments by the owner saying that they CAN substitute with almond milk, which is confusing and a little annoying that we were told they don't substitute almond milk and was never told a reason why. That's one complaint for those who might be allergic to oat milk or are lactose sensitive: There is barely any option to accommodate and for that I give three stars. I probably would not come back again nor recommend because of the lack of accommodation for those who cannot have oat/almond milk. However despite that it is good to try once.

But once you find the beautiful, ornate wooden door and step inside, you're transported into a charming little wonderland. The interior is unlike any other café in Las Vegas, with a greenhouse feel, small trees, unique décor, and plenty of cozy spaces to relax. The atmosphere is airy, whimsical, and fun. My favorite drink is the Iced Butterfly Latte, a delicious banana-flavored latte that's both unique and refreshing. I've also ordered the Berry Ricotta Brioche several times, and it's always amazing. The menu offers a great variety of pastries, sandwiches, desserts, and specialty drinks, so there's something for everyone. Pro tip: Find a table before ordering! This place gets very busy, and seating fills up quickly. If you're with friends or family, have someone save a table while the others order. Overall, Gäbi is one of my favorite cafés in Las Vegas, and I continue to bring friends and family whenever I get the chance. Restrooms were really clean and had the same style decor too, so I appreciated that attention to detail. However, I docked 2 stars since I couldn't order anything. I arrived at 939pm, looked at the menu and decided on a slice of the Ube Crepe cake and one of the Apple Cinnamon macarons. They don't close until 10pm and people were still coming in, and there were still plenty of people sitting in the restaurant, but the staff didn't let me order anything at 945pm saying that she doesn't take any more orders after 930pm. What?!?! What the hell? You're open for a whole 30 more minutes and don't want to take my money - am I hearing that right? My friend had cash on him, and he was willing to pay cash if that's less of a hassle, and still no. It's not even to-go only, it was a flat-out no, before their 10pm closing time. THAT IS CALLED CRAP SERVICE. However, the 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 stars is because one anonymous employee who witnessed that go down changed my perspective of this spot. This person asked me not to reveal their identity on my Yelp review out of fear of getting in trouble. They overheard me trying to order but got turned away, then pointed to the macaron in a box in the fridge on display right there to my friend. So as I was walking towards the bathroom, this person (different than the girl who rudely turned me away) apologized for what happened and gave me the apple cinnamon macaron as a gift. That was so sweet of them. The macaron was absolutely perfect too, it was delicious - the perfect texture of the macarons, apple filling, in the center between the cream, with the crunch from I think they were dried apple bits on the side of the cream - amazing!!! But still insanely Vegas tourist trap rip off overpriced with the macaron that person gave me worth $8.35/piece. Honey & Butter Macarons in Irvine, CA or Durian Macarons at Sweet Mood in Westminster, CA, still keep their also delicious macarons under $5 each while having cute decor/ambiance (I'll admit they're not as impressive and unique as this spot though). But they're essentially banking on tourists not knowing any better and what things should actually be worth/gouging tourists as much as they can. Essentially, you're paying for the ambiance. Definitely not paying for the crap service. Food is good, but not astronomically priced good - you're kidding yourselves. You may be able to get away with stuff like that if you're inside one of the luxurious casinos on the Strip, like Venetian, Caesars, Bellagio, etc. But especially being off-strip, get a reality check. I may come back (thanks to your anonymous employee's kind gesture giving me that macaron), but it's more just to show my parents the cool ambiance.

There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
