He fixed my friends car for way cheaper than it would have been in Raleigh and was just generally a hilarious mountain mechanic. This guy is to the point, he gives no bullshit about the situation. After laughing at the general poor state of our vehicle he gave us straight up prices, and didn't dilly dally about what it 'might' cost with labor, yadda yadda yadda. He said only two numbers, one for if it was the thermostat, one for the price if the head gasket had blown. After briefly explaining my situation I then sent a few pictures to her. Within 20 minutes two wreckers were on site and evaluating the situation. The guys were top notch pro's! It was raining and muddy yet they worked very hard at getting the U-Haul free from the bind it was in. The level of experience Mator showed could only have come with years of on the job work. Difficult to drive up to the house because pathway was not well paved. Pots, pans, and other things in the house need updating. I'm sure that the company, Jenkins, probably has other great properties but Mountain Outlook was a huge disappointment.
