I have used this local Owasso enterprise in the past with no issues and have been very satisfied…read morebefore, but today when I returned my rental car, a simple problem that should have been addressed in a more mature manner escalated into a 1hr and 30 min problem, when enterprise left a chubby girl with a nose ring named Brooke Collins in charge. This employee attempted to charge me $300 for a small cover piece in the trunk that is just used to conceal the spare tire tools, she could have simply put it back in it's place but instead proceeded to call me a liar, refused to let me speak to her supervisor, refused to give me her name and told me to leave and never use enterprise again. Unfortunately for her, Jason Hedrick her branch manager took over the situation, he handle everything very professionally and resolved the issue. I would like to continue to use Enterprise because I have never encounter this kind of poor rude customer service in the past before but cannot continue to do so if Brooke continues to be one of their employees.

He reached out to William to get more information, and I must say that this process went very smoothly. We are in CA, William is in Oklahoma. We shipped the car to him, and he was able to complete the install in less than a week. It took longer to ship the car than to get William's part done! We loved the product, and William and his team are professional, skilled, and easy to communicate with. Also, my mom also is super impressed with how easy the lift is to use, and she is thankful that she can now have more autonomy when going out and doing her errands. Why does this matter? Because they dont take care of them. Never rented from this location that there wasn't something. Last time, it was that they didn't replace the tires on an suv, (definitely check the tires) and had a blowout. Not a fluke, just thousands of miles past their service life. Scary, but typical. But if you must book here, like me, do so very far in advance, because they don't have enough cars for the location.

This was my first time to Tulsa and I was skeptical about which company to rent from. After reading…read morenumerous online reviews across several sites, I landed with Enterprise (I'm normally a Hertz Gold Plus). Enterprise had the highest and most consistent ratings next to Alamo. Come to find out all the high rated companies are owned by the same folks. Bravo to that group for providing quality service. Enterprise was also one of the select few that had a published phone number that would get you to an actual Tulsa agent vice the 1-800 black holes. I got into Tulsa just short of 11pm and was able to find my way to the garage booth and the young lady there was very warm, friendly, and speedy. She was able to put me in a truck and I was on my way in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend the Tulsa Airport Enterprise for future rentals. *Note on TUL Intl: Don't go down stairs to find the rental counters, they are on the main floor just outside security. The booths are across the drive on the top level of the parking garage. Signage is small when you come out of the concourses (A or B) but, you can find them pretty quickly if you pay attention.

So again......if I'm getting the $ back, what charge me in the first place? What if my ccd didn't have enough $ available for this extra SURPRISE fee? I even googled: does Enterprise charge an extra deposit for 1 way rentals and it absolutely, 100% does not. So if you choose to rent from this company, pls be aware of last minute, sneaky additional fees. We will never rent from them again.
