I was leaving for a trip soon after pickup so I decided to downsize to the Durango. I get there and there is no concern for this great inconvenience to me. I had to ask for a discount. The gentleman said he could do 5% off. Not the best offer, but hey, better than nothing. Things were looking up until we went out to inspect the vehicle. Tell me why this man shows me a big UGLY crack on the passenger side window saying they were already aware of the damage. Now I don't know what made him think I wanted to go on my Father's Day vacation with such and ugly eyesore!!! I then had to ask if he could call another enterprise to get me a decent rental. He called the airport location and informed me they had a comparable SUV to the Durango but no minivan. I asked if the price would be the same and he said YES!! But not the 5% discount. Welp! That wasn't true! The airport fee was different and nothing could be done about the original reservation cost. I went with it because my family and I were headed out that day. As an African American customer, the experience left me questioning whether I was treated differently because of my race.
