I wish I could give Enterprise in Olive Branch, MS an F rating. Their customer service was…read moreabsolutely terrible. I reserved a large SUV online 2-3 weeks before my vacation. Five days before pickup, I personally went into the office and explained to the manager how important it was that I have a large SUV for my trip. He looked me in the eye and assured me that if I arrived when they opened at 7:30 a.m., my vehicle would be there waiting for me. That promise turned out to be completely false. When I arrived, not only was my SUV unavailable, they didn't even have a replacement vehicle for me. Worse yet, they made no real effort to locate one from another Enterprise location. Instead, they simply handed me the 1-800 number and told me to call myself. To make matters worse, they said a district manager would contact me. It's now been over 2 1/2 hours, and I still haven't received a phone call. Thankfully, I went to Alamo and received excellent customer service. They took care of me immediately and got me on the road. If you're depending on Enterprise in Olive Branch for an important trip, think twice. I've been a customer of this Budget franchise twice…read more The first time, about ten years ago, they quoted me a price on the phone that included mileage at no additional cost. Then they charged me $600 more for mileage after assuring me there would be no charge for mileage. The perky lady on the phone and the small print in the contract told ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STORIES. The second time -- today 3/1/21 -- I brought a rental in to extend usage for a few more days while my truck gets repaired. They had been charging me $40/day -- fair enough -- but suddenly they raised the rate to $120/day for the next 5 days. So I dropped the vehicle off and went to Enterprise. This may not be TECHNICALLY dishonest, but it reflects a pattern of what we attorneys call SHARP DEALING -- on the very edge of dishonesty -- that seems to characterize this Budget franchise. It is owned by a group called The Memphis Landsmen. Don't do business with this company. They are out to deceive you and empty your wallet -- by trickery.

We had no reservation and were still able to walk in on a Friday morning and rent exactly what car we wanted, with a debit card no less, and no there were zero hassles. The manager, Tonya, is friendly and efficient and if I ever need to rent a car, this is where I will go.
